We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately we have quite a few comments about the property.

Rug in lounge, very dirty. Sofa in lounge is so uncomfortable, I think others have also commented on this. Damp patches very visible in lounge. No welcome pack. Property is very dated & carpets need renewing. In need of some TLC generally, sorry but would not return. Dripping gutter onto conservatory roof, needs attention, the noise was constant. Balcony bedroom, Clematis needs cutting down, no view at all.

Lovely detached house with secure gardens which were essential for our dogs.

The property was very central with a 5 minute walk to a coffee shop, dog friendly pub serving excellent food and access to the coastal walking paths.

The property is spotlessly clean and the garden is very secure for children and dogs.

The shop has closed down and so the property details need to be amended. It is an old house which must be a thankless task to upkeep. There are signs of damp in the living room, and the walls where the pool table are crumbling. The sofas are extremely uncomfortable and you have to keep pulling the cushions back into shape.
