The well-equipped kitchen is in a large open plan space, with an American style fridge freezer, gas range style cooker and hob, microwave and dishwasher. Bi-folding doors lead on to the patio, perfect for warm sunny days.

The large dining table is set in front of the log burner, keeping you nice and cosy during the cooler months for games and conversation well into the evening. The sitting room has large picture windows to let in as much natural light as possible. A choice of seating allows you to cosy up in front of the fire with a movie, or taking advantage of the lovely countryside views. There are large comfy sofas perfect for catching up at the end of a busy day. The utility room has a washing machine, sink and a separate loo and basin. The bedrooms all lead off a long hallway with what feels like a striking wall of glass with views of the fields.

There are two en-suite bedrooms. One with a king size bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and shower room with loo and hand basin. The second has a zip 'n link bed, which can be set up as a king size or slim singles, TV and en suite wet room.

There are 2 further twin rooms, one with a TV. The spacious family bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower, loo and basin. There is a large lawned garden with a sheltered seating area, perfect for dining al fresco. Please note that the garden is not enclosed and is surrounded by farmland so please be aware if you are taking dogs. There is ample parking to the front and side of the house for up to 4 cars.

Mwythus is set in a fantastic location. You can access the Anglesey coastal path easily from the house. Less than 2 miles takes you to the stunning sandy coves of Rhoscolyn and the ever popular gastro pub The White Eagle. A short drive brings you to Trearddur Bay with lovely sandy beaches, restaurants and shops.

The beds will be made made up as advertised, if you would like a different bed configuration please contact Menai Holidays 7 days before your arrival.

So this was our second visit to this property.

Perfect location, quiet, beautiful views, walks from your doorstep. Great nights out at Rhoscolyn Chapel, Mark and Sophie are fabulous hosts. The White Eagle is our favourite pub, great food and staff are always so friendly. Quiz there on a Friday night. Trearddur Bay great little seaside location. Sea Shanty Cafe is great and superb ice cream parlour. House is great, spacious and garden fab for our dogs. Utility and extra toilet is so handy. Open plan kitchen for all the family to gather to eat, drink and be merry. Lots of games played at the table. The sitting area is cosy to watch TV, read or just enjoy the views. Bedrooms all well laid out with 3 bathrooms, and situated away from the hub of the house so quiet for those who want an early night. A great family house to enjoy together. Niggle List 1. Cleaners need to look up…. Found this time there seemed to be a lack of care. Lots of dust and cobwebs that really should have been dealt with. They had obviously been there a while. The overhead kitchen lights hadn’t seen a duster at all!! 2. Shower door in master bedroom bathroom kept coming off its runner. Needs sorting as water kept leaking onto the floor. 3. Cream carpet in master bedroom looking worn and very marked. Needs a really good clean or replacing especially when walking barefoot on it. 4. The garden furniture was in poor condition. Chairs broken. Really disappointed as September was lovely and warm. We couldn’t use some of the chairs to sit out in the garden. Please replace the broken ones! Despite the niggle list it’s a great house in a great location to get out and see all of Anglesey, we will definitely stay again, it feels like our second home.
