Well suited to my needs,spacious and comfortable.

A good base for hillwalking in the area.Definitely would consider again for a future trip!

We had a fantastic stay at Rosetta Road!

It's a lovely, spacious flat. It has everything you could need - a dishwasher (with plenty of tabs provided) and a washing machine (with washing detergent pods provided too). There's also a washing line in the back garden and a clothes horse. There's cutlery and crockery for children which was really helpful. It's a great location for walking into Peebles and in general to explore Scotland. It's on street parking but there's plenty of it and we always got parked right outside the property.

This ground floor flat in Peebles is centrally located within walking distance to the town centre and with lots of excellent walks on your doorstep or in close proximity.

It is well equipped, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short holiday. While it is on street parking only, we didn't have too much difficulty finding a slot close to the flat. We found the access to the local Tesco very convenient.

Very comfortable place to spend a few days .

The only problem was not having access to the timer for the heating. Maybe not an issue for most of the year , but in January when nighttime temperatures in Peebles were sub zero , jit ideal . The heating is set to come on at 7.00 am. No good for us , as we were getting up at 7.00 am. The only place I've ever stayed where you can not adjust the heating timer

Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Convenient, quiet and comfortable. Modern bright and new looking bathroom and kitchen. Excellent shower, straightforward and simple to use. We are of an age where our eyes need brighter lighting to be able to read etc so our only suggestion is we needed brighter lighting in living room and twin bedroom. Having said that, we would love to go back and plan to do so when we can.

Close to all Peebles had to offer. It is a lovely wee town. Altough it is kerbside parking outside the flat we never had trouble finding a space outside. Loads to see and do in the area. Would definitely recoomend.

Great location to explore the Scottish borders.

The property is located a 10 minute walk from the centre of Peebles, with enough shops, pubs and eating establishments to satisfy anyone's needs. Tesco is a 4 minute walk away and while not a superstore as indicated on Google it is well stocked. There is also a Sainsbury's near by however we didn't visit it. The owner provides a selection of reference books about Peebles and the area. There are walks from your door along the River Tweed and the surrounding area. Parking is fine outside the property. Overall this is a great property and we'll definitely be back.

This was our second visit to this property and nothing has changed since the first.

Overall we enjoyed staying here and will probably return in the future. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is good and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are a few small niggles, the large bedroom has no drawers or shelves and the smaller bedroom has no enclosed hanging space. The sitting/dining room could be better arranged so that the table is not jammed behind the door. A basic filter coffee machine would have been nice, but we brought our own knowing there wasn't one. The constant use of liquid air fresheners has lead to there being a slightly musty smell, presumably because the liquid has soaked into all the fabrics over time. The towels were very hard and cardboardy. The electric sockets were so close to the floor in the sitting room we couldn't plug in our Smart speaker. Despite the niggles I would still give it 4.5 out of 5. Peebles is a nice Border town and seems to have had improvements since the end of Covid and the local people are very friendly. You will enjoy staying here!

Lovely property in the beautiful village of Peebles.

Like a home from home, everything was fab.

I dealt with Sarah (owner/manager?

) and met Ron and partner who prepared things prior to our arrival. Both 5 star. We love Peebles and that's much to do with the folk there. Its location is ideal for days out but don't forget to enjoy things nearby. The Crown is an excellent place to eat and drink with lovely staff and excellent fare but there are many other options too. Neighbours and town folk are so friendly and helpful. If you don't just love Peebles then I'd be concerened.....but each to their own.

This spacious ground floor flat is an excellent base for exploring Peebles and the surrounding area.

It was very well equipped for those wishing to self cater but there are plenty of take away options, a decent sized Tesco, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Parking is roadside only but we never had any trouble finding a space and the neighbours that we met were very pleasant and we hardly heard the occupant(s) of the upstairs flat. Only slight downside was the lack of privacy at the back for sitting out (and we did have glorious weather!) but other than that everything was fine and I think you would struggle to better it in Peebles.

A clean, well appointed flat in a nice part of town, less than 10 minutes walk from the High Street.

Peebles is a lovely place to stay, with plenty of good quality shops and cafes and, if you are keen on the outdoors, plenty of walking and cycling routes nearby.

We had a great stay at the property on Rosetta Road.

It was warm, comfy and everything was easy to find/use. Even though we booked our stay very last minute the communication was great and everything was ready for us.

Beds are really comfortable, a good nights rest starts the day off perfectly.

There was a dreadful smell in the kitchen when we arrived and although it dissipated over the week we had the back door open at every opportunity.

There were a lot of fragrance sticks in every room which suggests the bad odour was known about. It seemed to eminate from the fridge. The neighbours were friendly. The people upstairs were quiet.

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location.

Loved the Tweed Valley and it was so easy to get into Edinburgh too. Highly recommend popping into Peebles library and buying their £2 book on walks around Peebles which proved better than the much more expensive guide we had bought on Amazon. Recommend also the sculpture park Jupiter Artland. As for the apartment it was everything we could have wanted and more. Spacious, bright, clean and comfortable; a perfect base for our holiday. Oh, and Peebles turns out to have an amazing comic shop with really knowledgable staff.

Super cottage and our third stay.

My only reason for the lesser grade on comfort is because my dad (a Peebles native) comes with me and at 89 the sofa’s are too low and modern. He and I prefer an armchair, but that’s just us

Although I never give 5 stars as there are always a few things that can be improved this apartment is definitely a 4 star +.

The owners obviously love and care for the apartment, and have tried to provide everything the holidaymaker will need. The few minor niggles we had certainly didn't spoil our holiday in any way. If we ever return to Peebles we will certainly try to book here again. The area around the apartment is very attractive, with a well stocked corner shop and close to the golf course. The town centre and the river are within easy walking distance and Neidpath Castle a little over a mile away. There are many attractions close by including gardens and hill walking, and Rosslyn Chapel and Edinburgh are half an hours drive away.

Second time staying here and booked in next year.

Very wintry in Peebles but the property was toasty warm and lovely.

This is a very comfortable well equipped flat.

Enjoyed staying there and renewing my acquaintance with the area. It was particularly beautiful with the autumn colours. Would be happy to return.

A spacious but warm and comfortable property.

Handy location with easy street parking and a 5min walk to Tesco and 10mins into town. Variety of walking available which in autumn is stunning.

The flat was perfect for our needs and a great base for exploring the Tweed Valley.

Travelling with elderly parents, it was nice to have everything on the same level. Parking was on the street, but that wasn't a problem. Tesco's was a five minute walk away and it was only a ten minute walk into the centre of Peebles. The flat was well equipped, spotlessly clean and a lovely warm place to return to each evening. The beds were comfortable with lovely soft duvets. We will certainly return.

We know Peebles well as my dad hails from there.

It felt very much at home being in 63. We know the people upstairs and all the neighbours were lovely. A great staycation thank you

Peebles is a lovely town with plenty going on despite the lockdown - well worth a visit.

This is a lovely holiday accommodation, and the third time we have stayed here.

The flat was warm, homely and comfortable.

It had everything we needed, a short walk to town and parking was no problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

First time visiting Scotland we all had a really great time, weather was ok was expecting rain because that's what we had been told about weather but they were wrong ,lots to do in Edinburgh castle the vaults also done a tour for the day to Highlands and to Loc Ness rained but again had a great day out.

Pebbles was really great loved where we stopped shops on doorsteps plenty of walks so we will be back....

A lovely comfortable flat in a nice quiet area of Peebles.

Unfortunately we had to leave after 3 nights due to serious illness in the family, but would like to go back at some future time.

63 Rosetta Road was perfect for our needs.

Extremely comfortable and very well equipped. A very short walk to Peebles town centre where there are great places to eat and drink (or shop if you are that way inclined!). Peebles is a great base to explore the wider area whether that be Edinburgh or the Scottish Borders. Public transport is good, so that the car can be left alone if desired. Some great walking possible directly from the town. We've been to Peebles before, and we will no doubt return again. 63 Rosetta Road has been our favourite accommodation so far, and the only one we would definitely return to in Peebles.
