Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage for a variety of resons.

The location was superb, literally in the middle of Conwy with all its 'attractions' literally on the doorstep. The cottage is decorated to a high standard and we immediately felt 'at home.' Everything was as expected or better than expected from the photos and previous reviews. We have stayed at various other cottages and once felt that 'cleanliness' was not as expected but certainly not here ....everything was immaculate, well thought out and geared to 'guest satisfaction and experience.' Couldn't fault our stay here. I can see parking could be a problem at weekends or school holidays but we always found 'our spot' directly opposite the cottage. A truly fabulous stay...we will definitely book again. Lynne, Karen and our four legged Lottie.

Communication was excellent, the property was immaculate, and everything was exactly as described. Not a necessity for short stay but some small wardrobe for a longer stays would be welcome. Conwy and the surrounding area were beautiful, and we were lucky to enjoy great weather during our visit. We only wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back! Thanks Lorraine.

Very well appointed townhouse in the very heart of Conwy.

If traveling by car, parking can be a bit hit n miss. We went out of the school holidays so dropped on a space. If you get one on the harbour area as we did for the first week it's free and safe. We walked and used the train mostly to tour the area. Great shopping and food. Top pub is the Albion.

Ty Gelert was well appointed and in a great position in Conwy

This is a beautiful and stylish property right in the centre of Conwy - about 15m from the main high street, and 50m from the quay.

The castle and Elizabethan house are well worth a visit, there are some lovely shops, pubs and restaurants in the town, and fabulous walks by the estuary. We would thoroughly recommend a stay in this house.

Our stay was perfect - so much attention to detail has gone into making the cottage a home from home - we really settled in and would love to return.

We have had the perfect holiday in this lovely house.

The beds are so comfortable, the style of the house is stunning & the location is central to everything. We loved the focus on the dogs and the fact that you have considered vegan and cruelty free products. We will definitely visit again soon, it's been amazing. Oh and Willow can highly recommend the dog bed provided (The only alternative she has considered in 6 years)!! Thank you Also thank you for being so helpful on the phone when we needed you.

You really have achieved a stylish & comfortable place. Conwy is a lovely town to explore. The castle is amazing & the Eliabethan house very interesting. There's a lovely walk that goes from the quay, alongside the estuary. The Mullberry Pub and the marina at the end are welcoming. We would recommend your house as an excellent place to stay.

Good weather every day. We love Conway, visit at least 4 times a year. Plenty of places to eat especially fish & chips. George & dragon a good little pub and food great. Hopefully we will be back this year nearer Autumn. Thanks again.

Ty Gelert is a first rate holiday home from home.

Fixtures and furnishings are of an extremely high standard and so much thought has gone into all aspects of this cottage. The owner was quick to check in with us to make sure everything was OK and made us feel very comfortable about contacting them should we have any issues or questions. I would definitely recommend Ty Gelert to anyone.

We decided to come here for a few days to take the kids to zip world and see Snowdon. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house is stunning, we love all the modern décor and appreciate the beautiful design touches. The beds were super comfy and everything was beautifully clean. We parked in the short stay car park which was a few hundred meters away. Went to Dylan's, The Harbour Quay & The Mulberry to eat. All we loved. Would highly recommend and will be telling our friends and family about your beautiful house. Thanks Again.

Such a beautifully appointed cottage right in the heart of all the amenities but quiet enough to relax and chill. The only thing I would love to see is a dressing table upstairs with a mirror (and good light!) but that's about it! We will definitely return and recommend your gorgeous cottage to our friends. We've had a lovely relaxing break in Ty Gelert.

A comfy ideally located base to relax after exploring the beautiful area. Every need catered for. We enjoyed exploring Conwy, Llandudno, rivers, waterfalls and lots in the National Park and Anglesey. We walked for miles and sampled many tea rooms and ate very well at Dylan's and the castle Hotel (well worth reserving a table). Ludo very much appreciated all the 'dog extras'. Would definitely recommend a stay.
