"Lovely cottage, has everything you need."
Perfect location, walkable to beach, pub, restaurants and bakery.
Tall people - One thing to consider is the cottage has low ceilings. Its beautifully quaint, but i'm 6ft and was just cm from the beams, and had to duck in and out the door to the cottage and kitchen. Banged my head several times!
Would I stay again? Yes, definitely.

"A thoroughly enjoyable stay at this cosy, comfortable cottage."
We stayed for 3 nights over the May Bank holiday. It was kitted out with everything you could need for home comforts. A short stroll to the Cove and great eateries nearby, bus stop, short walk up the hill to the superb St Agnes Bakery. Lovely sun-trap garden is a bonus as is a parking spot. Would recommend this property. Excellent.

"Loved our stay at 2 Rose Cottage."
It was absolutely perfect for what we wanted (Just the two of us and our dog)
The log burner was one of the best we have used and we lit it every night, which warmed up the whole cottage, we didn't use any of the radiators at all.
The Petersville wood behind the cottage was idylic with its babbling brook and very pretty with wild Garlic and Bluebells.
Definitely somewhere we would book again.

"Cosy, comfortable and really well maintained."
A lovely little garden that is a real sun trap. An ideally located cottage that’s a 5 minute walk from the village centre with all the amenities you’d need, a short walk down to the fabulous Trevaunance Cove, and with 2 pub/restaurants and a coffee shop on your doorstep in Peterville. We’d definitely come back.

We were doing the Coastal walk and this was the perfect place to return to everyday. Great log burner, hot shower and very comfortable bed. All so tastefully decorated with everything you need. The cottage is in an ideal location within beautiful St Agnes. Situated inbetween the beach and the shops and great local pubs.
Thank you Lisa for sharing your special cottage with us. We can’t wait to return ! xx

"Very well-equipped, especially the amount of crockery and cutlery which is so welcomed on holiday so as not to be always washing up."
Everything was excellent quality (linens, furniture etc) and we just loved it. Having the (what we called) secret garden was fabulous and location could not have been better. We've stayed in lots of holiday cottages but this was the easiest and nicest to live in by far.

Would really recommend a stay here, the beach is a short walk away and St Agnes had a fantastic selection of amenities, especially the bakery which is well worth the steep walk up the ‘stippy stappy’!

"A lovely, well presented cottage, a great location, 10 mins stroll to the beach, 5 mins up to the square and right next to The Peterville and Taphouse."
Easy access to some great coastal walks. The cottage is well equipped, very comfy bed, great shower and lovely cosy lounge. A lovely welcome of cream tea, milk, tea/coffee/sugar. A private, secluded spot and lovely little garden that gets the sun from late morning. Just to note the garden isn't secure if your taking your dog/s, as low wall to neighbours gardens. Loved being back in St Agnes
