Bosworlas Farm House

Wonderful holiday accommodation.

Beautiful, very spacious farmhouse, which is perfectly located as it is very rural but also close to all the treasures the Penwith peninsula has to offer. Extremely well-equipped, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Add to that the stunning views; the peace and quiet; the chickens and cows as neighbours; and Bert, the adorable farm dog who’ll pop up to say hello now and again. We loved it so much there we were fortunate enough to be able to extend our stay by 3 nights. Highly recommend!

Lovely old farmhouse in an ideal location a week is not enough time here ,wish we had stayed longer .

The 2 double rooms are huge and the singles are bigger than ours at home . Everything you need is in the house. Wifi internet is good .Very close to the town of St Just which has everything you need . The owner and his wife are very friendly and the farm border collie dog Bert comes round to be made a fuss of . Easily the best property we have ever stayed at and hope to come back again .

Lovely farm house , nice and warm with good heating and open fire , they have left a basket of wood and coal to start us off .

Comfy beds znd plenty of space for 6 of us. we enjoyed our 2 night stay on the farm..ducks chickens , dog and cows about .

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this lovely farmhouse with spacious and cosy lounge and bedrooms.

The kitchen is super well equipped. There are many choices of walks from the doorstep as well as being convenient for the wider area. A peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. Thank you.

It's my 2nd year here.

Love this property. Clean and tidy, and a kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need. The welcome pack is an added bonus too. The farm house location is perfect. Very quiet and remote, but close to local amenities. The beach is 10 minutes away. Lands End isn't far too. Bert the farm dog does his regular meet and greet, he's gorgeous. The owners are on hand if you need any help, and are lovely people. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely be back next year.

Incredible property that has character, charm, privacy and all you could need.

There was a lovely welcome basket left for us and fresh milk in the fridge, everything we needed was there! The property itself is large with 4 generously sized rooms. The walls are about 2 feet thick which adds to the charm. It was lovely to be in the quiet listening to chickens, ducks and cows. Its close to St Ives, Penzance, St Michael's Mount, Lands end and Minack. Noting that the home has stairs and so isn't wheelchair accessible I would recommend this property to families and couples and suggest a 2 night minimum stay. I would like to thank the hosts for a beautiful stay.

Bosworlas Farmhouse is very spacious and comfortable.

We loved the location, nothing to hear but the gentle clucking of hens, rooks and the odd tractor rumble. We were two older ladies and would be back in a heartbeat, even though it would be ideal for familes and walkers. The major bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with views right accross the moorland. Altogether peaceful and relaxing.

Our stay here was lovely, a great treat basket on arrival and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed and more.

Lovely rural location. The property was clean and tidy throughout and very warm. Tastefully decorated for Christmas, we had a lovely stay.

If you're looking for all mod-cons and flashy decorations then this is not the place for you.

If on the other hand you would like a spacious old fashioned cottage on a working (Quiet) farm a short drive from some of the best sights in Cornwall, then you're in luck. Comfy beds, luxury bath towels, loads of crockery, fresh flowers, a nice welcome pack and a table ready laid for a night-in were a few of the positives. Unfortunately there was no hand soap in the bathroom, loo or kitchen, and no gels for the shower - though the pictures do show some. A quick trip to the local Co-op solved that oversight. This is a very warm house so we didn't resort to the open fire (Note: You have to take/buy your own logs/coal) and the boiler is a bit noisy when it fires-up. This house isn't perfect or precious but it's not expensive and has character. We would recommend it to anyone.

We have just returned from our trip to Cornwall.

Boswarlos Farmhouse was just lovely and peaceful. It was clean and tidy, and the welcome basket with added fizz was a great touch too. The farmhouse was more than big enough for the 5 of us, with everything we needed to cook meals etc. It's close to St Just village, Lands End and stunning beaches. We will definitely be booking this property again next year.

Great location, very quite.

We loved our time there. Lot to do in the area. Owner and family around very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

. et with friendly owner. Enough logs and coalset aside for cosy 3 day stay. Group of 5 female friends so only 2 of had to share in this 4 bedroom farmhouse. We all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Comfortable and spacious house with excellent facilities.

Lovely warm welcome from the owner who was always ready with helpful information or just for a chat. Property is in a great location for exploring Penwith. We particularly love the walk from Bosworlas down to Cot Valley. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

The house was impeccably presented, including a welcome pack, the table laid, towels and basic food supplies.

All the rooms are generously sized, and even during a storm, we felt warm and cozy. The only minor issue was the lack of access to the internet for most of our stay - which a point to point connection between the property and the host farm would fix. If you're not planning to work though - there are plenty of books to choose from.

We were a family group of four and the property was very spacious. A massive thanks to your cleaning team as it was immaculate and very fresh. Incredibly tranquil surroundings, very well equipped big kitchen with good appliances, everything easy to operate, great fireplace, relaxed atmosphere, great armchairs too! Thank you

Really enjoyed staying on the farm (and meeting some of the livestock!). The farmhouse was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Also well-located for the local area as well as being quiet & peaceful. We hope to return!

Had a lovely week away at Bosworlas Farm, We had everything we needed, There should of been six of us but four could not make it, so just me and my Husband, it was very clean and so comfortable.

There were a welcome Pack awaiting our arrival. Thank you so much we enjoyed the Jam it was lovely, plus milk in the fridge thank you. We enjoyed exploring all the surrounding area. Love the chicken every morning. enjoyed all the small shops, gift shops, I would recommend this cottage and would like to return in the future. we even went to visit St Ives.

We loved the property; the bedrooms were spacious, which we needed for 2 travel cots for twins + other grandchildren.

There was plenty of crockery and cutlery. (Only thing missing:milk jug). Enclosed garden was lovely too. Only criticism: the final directions to the property were virtually useless unless you had satnav. Mentioning New Road was unhelpful. Thank you Rachel. X

Having spent a lovely week at Ribby Barn (Ref 1037487) we decided to extend our stay in Cornwall and booked Bosworlas Farm.

It did not disappoint. Situated on a working farm, the cottage had everything we needed, and more. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were very grateful for the large Welcome pack awaiting our arrival. Thank you. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and spent lovely days in St Ives and Marazion. The little village of St Just was worth a visit, too, with some nice little shops including butcher, baker, co-op alongside the gift shops and galleries. We would definately recommend Bosworlas and would love to return in the future.
