  • "I had a problem with drain being blocked , I rang number given in information pack and they informed that they no longer managed housekeeping, the other contact from Sykes did not return my call , so I received no support at all ."

  • "Really enjoyed our stay."

    House was very comfortable & clean. Everything we needed was available. We left the house at 8.30 am on Friday 21st and had a strange call yesterday saying that the key was missing. We left this in the key box next to the front door upon departure?
