  • "Fantastic accomodation."

Stunning views from the balcony. Everything was clean and immaculate. Well furnished and well maintained. Sky TV a bonus! Would respectfully suggest having more cups available in the kitchen area and some larger ones as well.

Thank you for your great feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We will pass your suggestions on to the property owners. Kind Regards The Carbis Bay Holidays Team. Property Owner

Loved the spacious immaculate apartment with ideal location, near the train station for St Ives. La Casita nice for tapas and Birdie's Bistro overlooking Hayle Estuary for lunch.

Enjoyed the view, watching the birds swooping down to catch the fish. Nice cliff walk into St Ives and a nice walk to St Erth, to catch the train back again. Apartment well equipped for meals and nice and warm.

  • "Another really enjoyable stay at the superbly clean and well equipped seascapes."

A minor issue on arrival was dealt with promptly. After staying at this property and St Unys for a number of years I would say that the communal stairways are starting to look in need of a little TLC.

  • "Fantastic break."

Extremely impressed as soon as we arrived, one of the cleanest holiday rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t fault anything with the apartment, we were provided with more than I expected, an abundance of towels, a handful of cleaning products under the sink, a pint of milk, windbreakers in the cupboard and even a bucket and spade to borrow for the beach! The only downside I can think of is the area, it’s lovely and quiet but if you want to visit Carbis beach you better be fit, the hill to walk up and down is very very steep, so make sure you’ve got the fridge stocked up for a well deserved drink when you get back. Although due to the hilly nature of Carbis bay that means you get a gorgeous view from the balcony over the bay and out to St Ives.

Dear Ms. Burton, Thank you for taking the time to get your feedback to us. Its lovely to hear you had a wonderful stay at Seascape. We couldn't have said it better ourselves regarding the terrain; the views are most definitely a benefit. We hope to invite you back in the near future, Kind Regards, Owner Relations Team, Carbis Bay Holidays Property Owner

  • "Lovely accommodation but extremely disappointed to see next years prices."

Gone up by nearly a third so unfortunately I won’t re-book for next year.

Hi Hayley, Thank you ever so much for your feedback, we are glad you had such a lovely time. Regarding the prices for next year, we are seeing unprecedented demand for holidays in our beautiful county of Cornwall and along with increases on costs our rental prices our under constant review. Our aim is to remain competitive in the market and continue to offer 5* accommodation such as Seascape. There is also a very high labour shortage at the moment which is driving prices as well as demand as the cost of keeping the properties cleaned and maintained has unfortunately risen by quite a high percentage. We have fed your points back to the owner as all feedback is valid and important to us. Kind regards, Carbis Bay Holidays Property Owner

  • "Nice location and comfortable apartment."

Sykes customer service is not nearly as good as Carbis Bay Holidays used to be. Also, Sykes have put up the prices too. What a shame.

Dear James, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your recent stay at Seascape and I am pleased to hear the apartment was comfortable and in a nice location. With regards to the pricing, this has been set due to the demand for holidays and properties in St Ives and Carbis Bay for 2022, however they are constantly being monitored and reviewed by our owners and here in the local Carbis Bay Holiday's office as a team. I am sorry to hear you felt customer service was not as good, however I am pleased to advise since your stay we have updated out phone lines and in future when you are staying, if you need to contact us you will be able to be put through to our local office in, Carbis Bay where the original Carbis Bay Holidays team will be able to assist you. Ives or a more leisurely stroll down to the beach with body boards & buckets & spades to spend a fun day on the beach with the children. We loved the lay out of the apartment & the added extra bonus of a separate utility room. The apartment was very clean & well equipped with everything that we needed. The cream tea & apple juice were lovely touches & very much enjoyed- the apple juice resulted in us having a day out to the cider farm & stocking up on more apple juice & also enjoying a very good day out. The bag & bucket & spade were also fab touches too & well used." Jo

  • ""Seascape was reflection of the high standard that we have some to expect of Carbis Bay Holidays properties."

Modern, light and airy with first class fixtures, fitting and linens, it is well thought out and a beautifully presented property. Our favourite things to do are: seal hunting at Godrevy Head:. Beach combing on porth kidney beach (please note that the footpath from the end of Headland Rd is closed): Costal walk from Carbis Bay to St Ives for lunch. Ride along the coast to Sennen cove to enjoy both the beach and the walk and views to Lands End without the crowds. Sundowners on the patio or conservatory of Carbis Bay Hotel. Our favourite places to eat this year: The new Italian on the main road (St Ives Rd?) walking distance from the apartment and excellent pasta pizza and everything else in-between! The Porthmeor Cafe just in front of the Tate. Inventive menu with the tapas a real treat.
