  • “Kitchen window would not close, property insecure owner informed on arrival, not fixed before we left.”

Had to leave valuables in our car for our full week stay. Double bed so uncomfortable that we both had back ache.5 previous people left feedback in the comments book on the uncomfortable bed. No washbasin hot tap this is in contravention to Building Regulations. Kitchen sink only produced Luke warm water, had to boil kettle to wash pots. Main bedroom panel heater did not get to work.

The kitchen window lock has a latch on its side. This needed to be released in order for the window to be closed fully. I am sorry you did not notice this. The double-bed base has now been reinforced with inch-thick plywood to support the heaviest of guests. For extra comfort, a new mattress topper has been provided (Panda hydro foam). All heaters function correctly. Each has a small switch on the top right side. I am sorry you did not notice this. The kitchen tap can provide scalding water within seconds if need be. It is an electric tap whereby a decrease in water-flow increases the temperature of the water. I am sorry you did not realise this. It is important to read all the summarised instructions provided so as to avoid disappointment and for safety reasons. These are laminated, illustrated and abridged for easy reading.
