    “A great holiday let.”

Quiet private location, good facilities and plenty of room. Garden small but enough to socialise and for the dogs. FANTASTIC location!! Walk out the back of the court 5 mins down the path and you are on Fistral beach and Pentire Headland overlooking Crantock beach is a further 20 mins walk to the left. Walk out the front of the court straight down the hill and you are at the high street with food and shops. If you keep walking down the hill 10 mins from the court is the harbour and all the town ...

About the property

Ideally located in the heart of Newquay, a short walk from the town's many attractions and beaches.

This comfortable holiday home is set within the gated development of Bredon Court, which adjoins Newquay Golf Course, overlooking the world-famous surfing hotspot Fistral beach.

Enter through the porch into the sitting room with two large, cosy sofas.

The kitchen/diner looks out on to the rear enclosed garden, offering a chance for some alfresco dining after a day spent on one of the many beaches in the area.

There are three spacious bedrooms here; a double, a twin and a large triple, which along with the bathroom are all on the first floor.

A great selection of beaches, a golf course, shops, pubs and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Fistral, the most famous beach here, is also the closest, a short stroll and you will be watching the surf that has hosted World Championships, with the opportunity of trying the exhilarating sport yourself.

Enjoy the bars and restaurants on the beach including Rick Stein's, and make sure you experience the incredible sunsets before making your way back.

An ideal location to enjoy beach life at this iconic setting all-year-round.
