The owner Sharon could not have been more welcoming and kind. The house is in an immaculate condition, luxurious in comfort and spacious with beautiful views. For myself and my family it was a brilliant location for our days out. I would highly recommend it and plan to revisit.

We had a fabulous stay the house was well equipped and very dog friendly in a quiet location.
Sharon was very welcoming and helpful. Marazion was a quiet town for the time of year,the town was a 15 minutes walk,with fabulous ice cream and local pasties. We will be returning again.

This was our second visit to Sea Dreams, and we loved it!
Everywhere spotlessly clean, and everything you could possibly need. Sharon is the perfect host, and will go out of her way to make sure you have the best time. We love Cornwall, and Marazion in particular. It's a great base for visiting other places, but we found we were happy to spend most of our time relaxing in Marazion!

Sea Dreams far, far exceeded our expectations!
! The house is spotlessly clean, warm, welcoming and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has every utensil imaginable and sufficient crockery and cutlery to not have to use the dishwasher after every meal. The corner sofa is great for stretching out on (if there aren't 7 of you) and definitely big enough to seat everyone. The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage for all the clothes you'll take but probably never wear!! I would highly recommend Sea Dreams and we will definitely book again next time we visit the beautiful county of Cornwall Thank you Sharon for the wonderful touches you put in place for our arrival ❤️ The daffodils really made me smile

The best Sykes property we have stayed in .Very clean with everything we needed .Good level parking for 3 cars .Owner popped in to check we were ok and was very helpful .Showers excellent .Some nice welcome touches .We Will return

Sea Dreams is the perfect holiday home.
The house is perfectly clean and very well equipped with everything that you could need. The location is also perfect. It is very central to lots of local towns and beaches and Marazion shops and beach are also only a short walk. A added bonus is the completely secure garden for the dogs which they loved. Sharon was very welcoming and helpful throughout the holiday. The welcome pack for guests including dogs was also a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend this property if you are planning on visiting Cornwall.

The property was beautifully presented and very well equipped.
Very spacious ,comfortable spotlessly clean and lovely welcome gifts from the owner. Location great and parking facilities for our 7 seater vehicle was just perfect. Views across the mount were an added bonus. The garden would be amazing during Spring/Summer with lots of seating . Would highly recomend and can't wait to stay again soon. Excellent cottage ,clean and well equipped .
Owner was very welcoming,and responsive to a couple of suggestions .Cottage was listed with parking for 2 cars ,but really had three spaces .It was very close to Marazion ,two mins walk from a pub .Nice garden for the summer with BBQ .Two walk in showers good for guests with mobility issues

Amazing week away in Cornwall.
We were 4 adults and 3 children and the facilities at the house were perfect. Comfortable beds, large lounge area, kitchen with everything needed. Plastic plates bowls and cutlery for the children as well as travel cot and high chair on request. Perfect location to explore the local area. Playground just over the road and fire engine Inn a short walk with one of the nicest beer gardens overlooking st Michaels mount. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return to Cornwall. Sharon the owner was extremely helpful as well.

Amazing property, set back behind Marazion, lovely and quiet but still only a short walk from town.
The house was amazing, well decorated and comfy. The owner left us a bottle of prosecco and cream teas which was an extra surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our couple of nights and would highly recommend this property.

A wonderful second visit to this delightful home from home.
The hosts were just as helpful and friendly as last year. The house has been maintained to the same high standard with a thoughtful welcome pack and flowers on arrival waiting in the kitchen. The weather was spectacular but there is plenty to do in the area even on non beach days. 3 major chain supermarkets approx 3 miles and a 10 minute walk to artisan shops and galleries in Marazion. Highly recommend for family holidays of all ages.

Though expensive for one weeks holiday, the house was stunning it had every facility we could want.

Sea Dreams is one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in.
Clean, spacious, well equipped, a short walk to the village centre and amazing views. There is plenty of room for 7 adults, good parking and a cream tea on arrival! There is so much to do locally - walking, boat trips, good pubs, St Michaels Mount, museums, lovely beaches and loads more. Definitely recommend Sea Dreams as a great place to stay.

'Sea Dreams' is a relatively new and very well equipped house with lovely views and excellent parking.
The owner is very friendly and attentive providing many extras including a lovely surprise when you arrive! We would have no hesitation in recommending this comfortable house in a great location for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.

The property was very clean and confortable.
It's in a pleasant location and St Michael's Mount (and the village of Marazion) is only a short walk away. We were very grateful for both an early check in and later check out. The owner was very warm and helpful and I really appreciated the advance call I recevied a few days prior to our arrival. The house was perfect for a family of 6 and we'd be very happy to stay there again.

A fantastic home situated in the beautiful Marazion.
The owner was so welcoming when we arrived and ensured that we had everything we needed. As an added touch there was some treats left for us in the fridge which we enjoyed greatly. Some highlights of our time was visiting some of the most beautiful beaches including Porthcurno, well worth a drive! We also visited the seal sanctuary and Healey’s cider farm. Both were great days! If you stay in Marazion be sure to have breakfast at the Godolphin, it’s lovely and also have dinner at the Fire Engine, which is just down the road from the house. We hope to come back in a couple of years for another visit!
Wonderful owner and family who welcomed us all so warmly.
Lots of local advice about places to eat and visit. The house was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Everything was provided that we could have wanted (including a delicious cream tea on arrival) and in excellent condition. Having the smart TV's with options for viewing made the rainy occasions much easier to satisfy 3 generations. Good positioning for views of countryside and sea, not directly on a road but good access to town, seaside and supermarkets. Highly recommend. And the tractors were an added bonus that made the holiday for one little boy (and Grandpa!).

Having not had a holiday so far this year, we were so looking forward to a stay in Marazion.
I booked the house, and from there, everything ran so smoothly. Sykes were so friendly and adjusted our stay, when we wished to add an extra night. The house is impeccably looked after, and Sharon (owner) was the most friendly and welcoming host. The house exceeded our expectations, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The strain of the last months fell away, and we relaxed into our stay. Thank you so much for making us so happy and content. We will definitely return!
The property was immaculate and it was nice to note that equipment (cooking, cleaning etc.
) was of good quality as there can be a tendency for these items to be as cheap as possible. The Prosecco was a lovely and welcome surprise as was the cream tea. Sharon, our hostess, could not be any more welcoming and helpful and was genuinely concerned that we were happy. Will definitely seek to return to this property and consider others if they are to this standard.
Beautiful spacious house and location with ample room for 7 people.
Spotlessly clean and modern home from home. Beds and sofa are so comfortable. Drive for parking. Kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Super quality TV and Alexa for late evening relaxation. Looking out to sea whilst using shower on the 3rd floor and gazing at stars through skylight windows was a treat. Sharon (owner) responded quickly to our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely touches by popping in to say hello when we arrived and providing dressing gowns, plus welcome pack of milk, cream tea, Prosecco, soft beverages and biscuits. Marazion is a 10 min walk and we had lovely meals in local pubs/restaurants. Advance booking recommended in ‘COVID times’. Recommend 100% and would love to return.
Sea Dreams was an absolute dream to stay in for our holiday to Cornwall.
It was immaculately decorated, with everything you could wish for. The kitchen was very well equipped in terms of plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc even a coffee machine! The beds were so very comfortable too. The property was only a 5/10 minute walk into Marazion itself with the beautiful St Michael's Mount on view out of the front windows of the property.

The property is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, family orientated and extremely well equipped both inside and out. Its location suited us perfectly too, being close enough to Marazion, Mounts Bay and many other lovely little beaches, pretty harbour towns and stunning walks, all within easy reach either by foot or short drives by car. We loved Sea Dreams and would definitely recommend it.
Sea Dreams is in a wonderful quiet location and has beautiful views of St Michael’s Mount to the front and countryside to the rear.
However, it is also well located for visits to many other of Cornwall’s tourist destinations and has ample parking outside the property. It’s very spacious and comfortable throughout and my teenagers loved the huge corner sofa and smart tv. The kitchen has plenty of crockery and everything was well provided, including lovely treats on arrival. We had a great week and would definitely recommend to others.
