Charlotte house is an amazing base to explore Cornwall it's very convenient location The house itself is highly maintained and has all that a family will need to have a fantastic holiday The only issue we had was the garden is not secure for pets as the can run into next doors garden But this didn't stop us from having a brilliant time in Charlotte house Highly recommended holiday home

We are so glad you had a great holiday and Charlottes provided everything you needed. Property Owner

  • "We found this house very clean, bright and spacious, it had everything you'd need to make your stay a 'home from home'."

The bedrooms were a lovely size for our party of six adults and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook for a family, together with a dishwasher and washing machine ( both supplied with plenty of pods) and tumble dryer in garage. There is a garden with a lovely table and chairs, plus a linen line. If you have a four-legged member of the family, the garden isn't secure from the neighbours, but it didn't cause us any problems. The access road is tight for larger vehicles and we found it better to use a parallel road to the front of a row of cottages, rather than the one the satnav advised. We were left some beautiful flowers, a doggy treat and biscutes on our arrival, together with milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Excellent location to visit some magnificent places in Cornwall.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Charlottes, and the welcome pack. we appreciate all the feed back. We hope to see you again in the future. Property Owner

The cleanliness and comfort is second to none. This was our second visit there and we have already booked for 2025 along with Myles view next door for our family and grandchildren. There is no negative feedback whatsoever.

It’s a beautiful home with every extra you could wish and more. The fresh flowers, biscuits and milk were a lovely touch too. The area was also lovely, with some wonderful walks and sights to be seen. We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to booking again. Thank you once again. Everything was just perfect from the comfort of the beds, and sitting area, the kitchen with nothing left to chance, lovely garden area and extra touches such as fresh flowers, welcome pack, dog bowls filled with water ready after our long journey was exceptional. Lovely comfortable well equipped house just would like to say that the only let down was that the garden wasn't secure so we could let dogs out in there own had to put on a lead and walk them and no phone signal was a little hard if we wanted to go out separately we could get in touch with the rest if the family but we had a lovely stay

  • "Charlottes House is out of this world, absolutely stunning!"

The house was clean and fresh with all the amenities you need, I always take my own towels cleaning products, condiments ect but I didn't need too in this house. Plenty of wood to keep the fire going and the North Inn pub and shop was so close. Would highly recommend the pub as well the staff and owner was so friendly and the food was beautiful. Will definitely stay again thank you again for an amazing week.
