  • "This apartment proved the perfect base for our week in Cornwall, giving us easy access to Newquay beaches and town but far enough away from the centre to be quiet, also allowing easy access to the road system and travel to other locations."

We would certainly return and be very happy to use this very comfortable apartment again.

I would highly recommend staying here. The apartment is modern and up to date with the latest gadget and the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. John was super helpful as well when we locked ourselves out of the apartment and went above and beyond to get us back in. We can’t wait to come back already!

  • "Very well located property, spotlessly clean and well appointed."

Comfortable bed and everything that we needed to make our stay just what we had intended. The private parking was very welcome as was the coffee and wine left for us. Would definitely recommend this property if you want to stay in Newquay and would use it again. We were blessed with good weather and the panoramic views from the living area and balcony on a sunny morning were the antidote to the city /town life we had left behind for a few days. Thank you.

  • "Only problem was the dish washer and the washing machine both leaked."

We had to mop up the water and one day there was a strong smell like cat pee but I think this is where the water is getting underneath the laminate flooring as it is pushing it up. Apart from that everything was perfect. Nice touch with the wine biscuits and coffee.
