Surrounded by open countryside, Buzzards Lodge enjoys a secluded setting where guests can relax and appreciate the picturesque scenery.

Inside, the thoughtfully arranged studio-style accommodation makes excellent use of the space, combining sleeping, dining, and living areas into one welcoming room.

A double bed provides a place to rest after days spent exploring the county, while the sitting area which can be made into a sofabed offers somewhere to settle down in front of the TV during quieter evenings.

The compact kitchenette is equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster, allowing guests to prepare simple meals throughout their stay.

Completing the interior is a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, providing all the essentials for a self-catered break.

Outside, the spacious enclosed paddock provides an excellent place to unwind whilst taking in the surrounding countryside views.

Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air, gather around the barbecue for alfresco dining, or simply sit back and admire the rolling landscape stretching beyond the property.

For your convenience, a shop and a pub can be found a short drive from the property.

Venture into nearby Victoria for local amenities, visit Roche to discover Roche Rock, Goss Moor National Nature Reserve, and its network of scenic walking trails, or head to Bodmin to explore Bodmin Jail, Bodmin Town Museum, and the Cornwall's Regimental Museum.

Nature lovers can enjoy days spent at Tregonetha Lake, the Screech Owl Sanctuary & Animal Park, or Bodmin Moor National Landscape, while the beautiful coastlines around Newquay, St Austell, and the Roseland Heritage Coast are all easily accessible for memorable days by the sea.
