"Sadly things did not start well as we arrived at 2."
45pm and the cleaners were still in the building. We sat outside for 45 mins. Nice ladies and not their fault as it seems they were short staffed. We would have expected a little more of a welcome pack and as the property is some 2 miles from shops a pack of biscuits is not really going to help out. So after a 9 hr journey we were then off to the supermarket. There was no information pack within the property providing Wi-Fi details and any other local information and not one of our mobile phones had a reception anywhere short of the main road at the end of the driveway. The Roundabout near the property seemed to attract Drifter Car enthusiasts that took to wheel spinning around it in the middle of the night. The property is spacious with adequate facilities however due to close proximity to trees etc there were a few insects around and due to the rushed cleaning, a fair few spiders webs at high level in the bathroom. The property had inadequate waste storage as when we arrived the general waste bin was half filled and by the end of the week bags needed to be left at the side. We were also only provided with one bin liner for the internal Bin, and two toilet rolls with no spares. The Parking was only suitable for three cars not four as advertised. It was lucky that one car left from our party the day that another car was arriving from the adjacent Stall 1. I am afraid that the beds were awfully uncomfortable for all of us. You could actually feel the springs in the mattresses and i don’t think any of us had a good night’s sleep. One word of advice to the Property owner would be to put in quality mattresses as a good night’s sleep is necessary to our Mental wellbeing. When our numbers were reduced to Four from seven the spare quilts from the single beds were used as mattress toppers, so it did make a better night’s sleep for a couple of us on the final night. There was only one tea Towel provided and for seven people for seven nights this we felt was inadequate. The Crockery and cutlery provision was limited to eight settings with one knife short. There is no shelving within the Bathrooms and Kitchen to put things on so you end up using the Worktops, skirting and window shelves as shelving. A Fan would also be an advantage as hot summer nights under a metal roof can be uncomfortable. The property has a good outside fenced and generally private seating area for those social evenings. A Large Fridge freezer was also appreciated and was an advantage for us as a large group. A further advantage of the property was that it is centrally located in Cornwall and therefore most destinations are no more than 45 mins away.

"We struggled a bit to find the location as the place showed the Google map is different from the exact location."
It's very near from the place in the maps, about 1 minutes but got panicked as we reached there midnight. The stay was nice and neat. Only little negative is regarding beds
as we can feel the springs . Other than these everything was good

"Great value for money - situated between Newquay and St."
Austell, the stables and lodges are in a wonderfully quiet hamlet with lots of trees around. Our stable itself was really well equipped, everything worked perfectly, as far as I can see with pretty new devices. The communication with the caretaker (owner?) was great and timely, he really cared about our wellbeing - excellent. Last but not least, the location in literally the centre of Cornwall provides a great starting point for all those like us who want to explore all corners of Cornwall - which we did!

"Property very clean and well equipped with everything we needed."
Excellent location for exploring Cornwall. Felt like it was in the middle of nowhere but was less than 5 minutes drive to M & S and Starbucks.
The beds were small doubles and had some noticeable springs. We could spread out but it would be a squash for 8.

"Modern, cosy, well-equipped property in a good location for exploring all areas of central Cornwall & the coasts."
The decor was lovely and had a fresh feeling to it. Great layout for young children as it's all on one floor. The garden looks bigger than it is on the photos but it's big enough. The property was quite hard to find initially - you need to put the full address in the sat nav, not just the postcode! All in all a great place to stay, good value for money considering it was half term too. Would stay again.

"The kitchen could do with a salad bowl and fruit bowl."
I followed what other guests recommended bringing so brought bath mats and hand towels, grater and extra dish clothes.
One can always do with extra glasses, plates and cutlery. I took my own glasses, extra plates and cutlery.

"Lovely week holiday with 8 of us."
Would definitely stay here again. Pros Location - central for visiting north and south beaches. Open plan kitchen living room. Fridge freezer very good size for 8 people. Great size TV suits room size. Decent sized bedrooms with ample cupboards/drawers. Clean. Nice shower rooms. Cons Showers not very powerful and temperature varies during use. Beds small when used to super king and different firmness at home. Kitchen could do with scissors and better can opener. Not much cupboard space. Awkward to get to crockery/glasses in corner unit. Opening oven easily sets off the smoke alarms - tip: open slightly to let heat go up to the extractor fan (which you should have switched on!), then open fully but best be quick. Bedrooms and bathrooms could do with some hanging hooks on doors. Luckily Stall 1 wasn't being used, not sure how 4 cars would cope trying to park here. Use what3words rather than satnav postcode which will not get you there.

"Lovely holiday cottage in very good location for sightseeing all around Cornwall."
Cottage very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing time away. The kitchen could do with a few more items like a big cooking pot especially as we were a family of 7 and had to use all 3 pots to cook enough pasta and a couple of round Pyrex dishes as there were none for cooking in microwave and perhaps a glass dish for say a potato bake or lasagne. There was no colander so actually bought one and left it there to add to the kitchen utensils as well as some tongs. All in all the accommodation was perfect and we will be booking it again. Highly recommended.

"It was great, very cosy."
There were two of us and it was perfect . The addition of bath mats for the showers would be useful. For a full house more glasses may be appreciated. We would book again, thankyou

"This property was really well thought out and had everything we needed for our stay."
The only items I found to be missing in the kitchen were a cheese grater and a pair of tongs would've been handy. We had a bit of trouble trying to work out how to get the showers working so think a book containing information regarding how to access wifi, showers and use heating etc would be very helpful
