Accommodation was absolutely fantastic!
The rabbit hole is one of the best lodges we have ever stayed in. Plenty of comforts. Lots of bedding and towels. All beds and sofas were really comfy. The hot tub and sauna facilities were great touch to the week and the hot tub stayed hot for a very long time once lit. The owner Alan was particularly helpful and a very pleasant man who ensured we had everything we needed and helped us lighting our tub! The coffee machine and large smart tv were also nice touches Great to have a washing machine and dish washer All of these were kept very clean. The nature surrounding was beautiful and although we didn’t walk too far due to our old dog not being able to manage we could have if we wanted to. The local pubs were also very close by and served delicious food. The on site cafe/bistro also served very nice food. All in all it was a lovely stay and would highly recommend
What a beautiful home, everything we could have possibly needed, so much space in the home and outside area, with having such a big family me my husband and 5 children absolutely loved our stay.
Huge fire pit , hot tub and cold tub were a massive favourite for our children. Will be staying again. Great host, when we ran out of logs for the hot tub I messaged the host and within 5 minutes I had logs delivered to my door. Thanks for a great stay.
The property is a lovely place and setting.
Hot tub, cold tub and sauna was just great. A couple of things, there is not one cuoboard or anywhere for one to pack the non fridge groceries into a cupboard. And there is not much place on the counter tops to leave it all out. Plus there are hundreds of flies so leaving food out on the counter tops is not ideal. The BBQ was not clean. On arrival the firepit had ash and some burnt logs in it and with the wind, we ended up with ash blowing into the property as the door was open on arrival. We only had 5 dining chairs indoors and 5 outside deck chairs and we were 7 people. It was also quite smelly....the creek running at the bottom of the property I think. But overall, it was a lovely stay, pleasant experience and owners helpful.
