What guests are saying
Our second time at The Honey Pot was great just like before.
It is very clean and comfortable for two people and all on one level. The hosts live next door and are very helpful but not intrusive. The location is ideal for exploring all on the border between England and Wales. The Forest of Deane is on the doorstep and it is easy to visit Chepstow, Gloucester, Monmouth and Tintern in the glorious Wye Valley. I can fully recommend The Honey Pot.
Lovely cottage in beautiful countryside with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.
Brian,Susan and Gary were most helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will certainly be returning.
Cleverly designed accommodation (also suitable for those with walking difficulties) which is a good size and has a very comprehensive range of equipment.
It is well looked after by the owners who are very helpful. The property is easy to get to being just off the A48, but far enough away to be shielded from the road. It has lovely views across to the Severn estuary and its first suspension bridge. Ideally place for trips to Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and South Wales. It is on our list of properties to return to.
