A well used property that was showing signs of a lack of maintenance eg bathroom extractor fan not working, bifold doors not locking properly and patio doors very difficult to lock.

Overall comfortable and warm

Lovely location with a nice walk into village.

The property was well equipped especially in the kitchen. All the beds were very comfortable, nice bedding and fluffy towels. Unfortunately we found all the seating in the family dining kitchen area to be most uncomfortable and these could certainly do with an upgrade.

The property was fine for our use.

Could be quite noisy from the adjacent Fosse Way traffic with windows open but not too bad. The lounge door to the garden area needs some attention; there’s obviously been problems in the past and there is a noticeable gap between the door and ceiling.
