We had a very nice August Bank Holiday weekend.

The house is spacious and in very good condition and the kitchen was well-equipped. Due to the weather we were not able to use the outdoor area. Happy to recommend this property. There were only two small issues: The duvets were much too hot even though the weather was no longer particularly warm. It turned out that the overflow from the bathtub was not connected to a pipe so the water went through the ceiling in the hallway. However, we had a lovely long weekend in the house.

Bed in single room damaged, slats kept popping out.

Kitchen was not as clean as it could be and dirty sponge and cloths which should have been replaced. Some bed linen not good quality Flooring lifting Grass not cut Had to empty (clean) dishwasher on arrival Hard to find property in the dark - a number displayed at the top of the driveway would be helpful Grass needed cutting for kids to play outside Instructions on rubbish and recycling would be helpful and not nice to arrive to full external recycling boxes

Lovely, spacious, well equipped property, perfectly positioned to discover the Forest of Dean and the coastal estuary.

Great for a family gathering, with large garden looking out over rural views. Couldn’t fault anything.
