  • "The location and setting of the property is Breathtaking."

A very picturesque setting. Staff at check-in were very warm and welcoming. The property is lovely however the Jacuzzi stopped working after our 2nd night went to use on the 3rd night and found it green and smelt mouldy we reported it and the onsite maintenance man attended and cleaned and refilled immediately. However the air source heat pump didn't heat it up, so we lost 3 days use. After we checked out we received a call advising they had gone to do the checks and found the Jacuzzi not working which they were supposed to be letting the new occupants know but the Jacuzzi had been out of action for 3 days already so not strictly true if that is what they are telling the new occupants. The lady at checkout was quite rude and when we tried to mention that we weren't happy about the loss of Jacuzzi she became defensive and just said "these things happen it's not our fault". Other than this was a nice break.

  • "Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location."

The site was incredibly quiet, which was welcome. However the on-site restaurant and pub are both on very limited opening hours even in August. Had we known this in advance it would have altered the dates if our stay as the site is in the middle of nowhere. We would have bought more provisions with us. Also the village pub is no longer open. Bromford (lovely town and a few mins drive) is the nearest for shopping , eating out etc. Cottage is in need of a refurb particularly the bathrooms and kitchen but is well looked after…just quite tired. Rear garden was a real treat though - great for the dog. Hot tub is somewhat exposed to the main thoroughfare through the site which may be an issue for some

  • "What a beautiful cottage in a fabulous location!"

We had such a lovely week. Most of the cottage & the hot tub were spotlessly clean; as were the bedding & towels provided. It was brilliant to have a downstairs shower room - this made toileting/showering when using the hot tub so much easier. Our only concern was the beautiful carpet directly in from the garden - a bit tricky with muddy dog paws. Also, the extract fan above the cooker could do with a good clean. All in all, an amazing place to stay & we would definitely recommend it.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your time at Malvern View in our Larch Bed Cottage! We hope to see you again soon. Property Owner
