Brilliant, spacious cottage one of the best we have stayed in, Friendly owners who are there is needed but leave you to your privacy for you holiday,

Exceptional property.

Spacious, well maintained / decorated, very well equipped. No negatives. Very quiet. Owners very welcoming and on hand for any problems but don’t bother you.

We were pleasantly surprised as the property was a lot bigger than we expected.

It is nicely decorated and is in a perfect location for visiting all that the area has to offer. We found the super king-size bed very comfortable. The weather was quite hot while we were there and it would have been helpful to have some more powerful fans both upstairs and downstairs. The owners are on site and very friendly. We had some trouble getting the gates to open due to a poor phone signal but they solved this by giving us a fob to operate them instead.

We have been taking this type of holiday for over 50 years and found the Granary was one of our best.

Buildings very smartly converted, to a high standard, spacious and comfortable. As were all amenities. Very pleasant hosts and an excellent position to tour the Cotswolds.

It’s one of the most comfortable properties we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent as you are not far from the more popular Cotswolds villages like Broadway and Stow but it’s even closer to the lesser known but equally picturesque villages near Evesham. If you enjoy walking this is definitely the spot for you!

The Granary was well equipped and very spacious.

Found the seating in the lounge a little hard, but the bed was really comfortable and slept very well. The welcome goodies were lovely and very welcome. Good access to the well known sites of the Cotswolds. Stroud Farmers Market on a Saturday very good. Second time in the north of the Cotswolds.

Spacious and warm accommodation.

It is a good base to explore the region, but you need a car as it is situated halfway between Evesham and Broadway. Tom and Lucy were most helpful and happy to help if needed. The Granary is perfect also if you wish to rest and stay in the accommodation. Recommended.

The Granary is a spacious and comfortable property for two people that has been well-designed and is well-equipped throughout.

We found it to be very clean on arrival, and very homely. We would definitely return here if we decide to visit the Cotswolds in the future, as it is extremely well-placed for visiting so many of the attractions and walks in the area. Definitely a five-star property all round!

We had a fantastic week in The Granary, directions and instructions were excellent and the whole place was spotless.

The kitchen was well provisioned with everything we needed. Although a one bedroom cottage there is loads of space with a well sized dining space in the kitchen and a lounge with very comfy settees. The location is very peaceful and we had fantastic sleep with no disturbances. As a base for the Cotswolds the location is great, close to Broadway and we found plenty to do within a 30 minute drive. Similarly there were lots of great food options with restaurants and pubs close by. We'd highly recommend and would love to go back next time we want to spend time in the area.

The Granary was extremely spacious, modern but with character, comfortable and very clean.

The kitchen was fully equipped, although a cafetiere would have been useful (we did bring our own fortunately) and perhaps a radio to listen to whilst sitting at the kitchen table. Lucy and Tom were delightful hosts and the Christmas tree in the lounge was a lovely festive touch. We enjoyed exploring the local towns and area. Worcester Cathedral was well worth a visit as it had 250 Christmas trees on display. We had a lovely New Year break after the madness of Christmas! I would recommend The Granary 100%.

Ideally situated for visiting Cotswold attractions.

This property is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great welcome from the owners made us feel really at home. Have stayed in cottages for over 40 years and this is right up there with the best.

Property was lovely, very clean, well equipped and very quiet, considering it fairly close to a main road.

The only thing missing was a cafetière, or similar item for making coffee. It's much larger than most properties for 2. We'd definitely stay there again. We wanted to contact Sykes to ask about something before arriving at the propert, with no success. Phoned twice, 4 menus to go through to "make sure we connect you to the right person" and then the phone is left to ring and noone answers it. We also tried the messaging support, but that was equally rubbish - I asked the question and the only response I eventually got (the next day) was someone asking how they could help, so they obviously hadn't read the question. I got no reply after that. So the property is great, but not at all happy with Sykes.

This was a most exceptional cottage.

Very spacious accommodation for two people, which was immaculately maintained. A real gem.

The accommodation was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well presented.

There was a small outside seating area which was quite closed in with tall shrubs The view from the windows were of the gravel yard and storage buildings. The speed bumps on the entrance lane were quite raised and we found that our car scraped. This would probably be more of an issue for lower profile vehicles like ours. We enjoyed our stay and the underfloor heating kept the place nice and warm. There was a good selection of books and board games for guests to use.

The provision of fresh eggs and biscuits was a nice touch. It is a great base to visit places such as Broadway, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Sudely Castle and National Trust properties Hidcote and Snowshill.

The Granary is an outstanding property, in the perfect location to explore the beautiful Cotswolds.

The cottage is absolutely immaculate and a credit to Lucy. If you are looking to relax in a wonderful, secure setting, don't hesitate to book!

The property is exceptional and has been renovated to a very high standard is very comfortable and provides for every need especially with regard to the kitchen. It has the added advantage of the downstairs walk-in shower which we found most useful and was one reason we booked. It is ideally situated not only for the Cotswolds but also the Vale of Evesham and Malvern Hills. Would highly recommend this property.

The cottage is spotless, very well equipped and had the comfiest bed we have ever had in a holiday let. Lucy and Tom were very welcoming and it was helpful to know they were around if we needed them. We would recommend it for a Cotswold stay.

So clean and comfortable with a lot of attention to detail.

Lucy the owner was really concerned when we couldn't get the fire or heating to work in the main room. She quickly sorted the fire issue and called a electrician to come the next day for the heating. She was so open and friendly and kept checking we were OK.

The Granary is a fantastic cottage.

It was easy to find, and very private being down a lane from the A44, so it was quite and peaceful. On arrival at the cottage, the instructions worked well and the security gate gave peace of mind. The first glimpse into cottage is of a place that was clean, tidy, well maintained and very welcoming. During the stay, it displayed how much care and attention to detail had been give to the cottage at the time of set up and with the ongoing presentation. The addition of local books and leafets were great. Tom and Lucy who lived at the property were discreet in the way they were not intrusive, but were there is required, were very friendly and had pride in their holiday cottage, I would recommend it 100%, thank you very much for a great holiday base.

A beautifully crafted holiday let, with a good level of decoration and care taken in furniture and fixtures.

The welcome pack consisted of 6 eggs which was a little mean, especially after reading other people's remarks on their stay welcome pack.

This is probably the most spacious 2 person cottage we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in quite a few around the country).

Its location was excellent for exploring the northern Cotswolds. Its facilities were excellent and we would certainly consider staying there again.

The property was easy to access and the owners - who live onsite - extremely friendly.

The property was clean, tidy and had everything anyone could need, however we only used the toaster and microwave as all meals we had, were at local restaurants etc, only having snacks at the property, so we are unable to comment on any other of the kitchen utilities. One of the best things for me in a holiday is to have a good nights sleep and with the bed at the property, one certainly has that as it has the most comfortable mattress, that we have slept in at any holiday cottage over the years. For anyone wishing a happy holiday stay, then this is the place for you.

secure parking with electric gates with 24 hour access. although in a rural position it is only minutes from the main road network. would highly recommend staying here

This property was contained within a protected zone with security gates the location is perfect for visiting all the local beauty spots .

It was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment anyone could need the owners Tom & Lucy were usually available for any questions. This lead to very relaxing stay in a beautiful place I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice quiet place Brian & Julie ( 6.07.24 to 13.07.24)

It was a lovely cottage, very comfortable and with everything we needed.

The booking was straightforward (thank you Sykes), all the instructions on how to access the property were easy to follow. The owners were very friendly and we had some lovely fresh eggs from their chickens to greet us, including a daily visit from one of the chickens during our stay! We did have one disturbed night when a smoke detector started beeping due to low battery and we would normally have been able to sort it ourselves but the ceiling was very high and beyond our reach. The following morning we saw the owner in the yard and mentioned it and he immediately came and sorted it. I would gladly recommend this property, the owners and the area, which we were already familiar with. They even arranged wonderful weather for us!! An all round wonderful holiday.

Lovely conversion that has been done really well to make for a most comfortable stay.

Generally it is very well fitted and maintained and has a good level of equipment and the necessary utensils. The owners ask for and give privacy which is excellent yet they are at hand if needed. The cottage is well situated for all the surrounding area and we would have no hesitation to recommending it to anyone looking for a good value and excellent property in lovely area.

The cottage was meticulous and beautifully decorated throughout. The accommodation is very spacious, well equipped, also extremely secure as it is accessed through electric gates. It also benefited from having a private patio at the rear. Lucy and Tom are lovely hosts and added an extra special touch by providing fresh eggs from their own hens. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Granary.

It’s a very comfortable, cosy (yet spacious) and relaxing place to spend a week. We would happy come back for another stay.

We had originally asked about another property at the very last minute which was un available.

From this point on Sykes we’re so professional, phoning and ensuring we found another property, and how lucky we were! This all new holiday rental on the farm was well appointed and despite being on the farm we were fully independent to visit the surrounding areas. I would fully recommend both Sykes and this rental, excellent value for money. Thank you to all.

This holiday property is one of the best we have stayed in.

It is very tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen especially is really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owners have thought of everything to make the property as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Lovely cottage in great location on a working farm with owners' house opposite.

Bright, clean and modern with all essential household items included. Small and private sitting-out area outside. I didn't get to do as much I had hoped during my week due to extreme heatwave but would suggest Broadway as a worthwhile place to visit (lots of independent shops). Cottage owners were friendly and non-intrusive. I would recommend The Granary to others visiting the area.

Great location for exploring the Cotswolds, which is a beautiful area of the UK. Close enough to RIAT to travel but far enough away to not hear to aircraft noise. A great stay, highly recommended. Thanks to Lucy and Tom

A lovely comfortable, spacious and clean cottage with everything and more that you need for a self catering holiday.

The owners, who live on site, are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The cottage was ideally positioned for everywhere that we wished to go. One of the very best that we have stayed in over the past 30 years. We shall be returning.

The Granary, at Field Farm, proved to be an excellent base for all our adventures and came fully equipped for all our needs. The accommodation is an excellent, clean, spacious and most definitely a very relaxing place to spend some down time and really helped to recharge our batteries - helped by the ‘occasional’ G&T! The nearby Wayside farm shop and tearoom was an added bonus during our visit. We have already recommended the Granary to some of our neighbours and friends and we are already looking forward to our next visit next year.

The Granary is perfectly placed to explore the lovely Cotswolds area, beautifully converted, fully equipped with everything you need and more, the attention to detail making for a truly relaxing place to stay.

The welcome pack of delicious bread, cake, wine and flowers were a lovely surprise and much appreciated.

Lucy & Tom were very welcoming on our arrival, nothing was to much trouble & the property was very clean & extremely comfortable.

What a wonderful find, the perfect base to travel around the Cotswold's.

The Granary is a well thought out, beautiful barn conversion, with all the mod cons and well equipped for cooking if you wanted to stay in. Even though its based off a busy road, you didn't hear any traffic noise which was great. Lucy and Tom were wonderful hosts, left some lovely extra's for us and even allowed us to take some eggs from their chickens. They have a good knowledge of the local area and were great at getting back to us when we had questions during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will hopefully be back again.

Considering we were Tom and Lucy's 2nd couple to stay since they took the business on, they have nailed it from the start.

Lovely welcome from Lucy in person and bread, milk cake and wine in the property. A very spacious, clean and well appointed holiday retreat. It's close to the A44 but no traffic noise was noticed. Probably the best we have stayed in over the years.

Very thoughtful and welcoming hosts who provided lots of “extras” to help celebrate our valentine/anniversary weekend.

Facilities within the barn superb, a real comfy retreat and so much to see and do in surrounding area. We will return when the weather is better!
