    Everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was a treat in the evenings. Location was so quiet and peaceful. Owners left a very generous welcome pack of milk, butter, juice pastries and jams. Also plenty of tea and coffee. Perfect accommodation!

  • "Lovely property - well presented and clean."

    Location and facilities great. Highly recommend a visit to the village pub. I think a little more thought could go into the crockery/glassware e.g. large bowls for pasta and flutes for fizz (inc. plastic for the hot-tub) would really elevate it. Great place, I would book again.

  • "We had a great stay at Lavender Cottage."

    The layout, condition and facilities were all perfect. Communication with the owners was always quick and easy. The Hot-Tub was great and easily accommodated 4 adults. The local Peacock Inn Oxhill did great food and was very welcoming. We are already planning on returning to this cottage in 2026 but for a longer holiday than just 3 nights.

  • "The Lavender Cottage was perfect for our family."

    ..2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with a lovely fireplace in the living room/kitchen. We loved the hot tub and private patio area. Our host was great, even taking time to let us feed the alpacas! Highly recommend this property!

  • "This is the perfect location for a little break away with friends."

    We had such a lovely stay and time exploring Stratford-Upon-Avon & Warwick Castle. We also really loved meeting and feeing the alpacas and having some downtime in the hot tub! Our only criticism was that we found the pillows a little too firm, but that’s a personal opinion. Thank you to Lis for creating such a wonderful place to stay, we would absolutely love to stay here again!

Resting within the district of Stratford-on-Avon is the civil parish of Tysoe. This civil parish is made up of three settlements which includes, Upper Tysoe, Middle Tysoe and Lower Tysoe. Within the pretty village you will find a village Post Office, a shop, a pub and a small number of businesses. There is also a beautiful parish church of St Mary which dates back the 11th century and a number of properties which date back to the 17th century. The parish lies on the edge of the Cotswolds, where you will find breath-taking landscapes and a number of lively market towns and historic trials.
