I put the dates into hotel.
com of the two days I wanted to stay can’t to checkout because they had no availability for them two days it automatically changed to the next two free days and booked them for me with me emailing them a few times to explain all I got was fobbed off and a waste of 328 ish would never trust these again
The cottage don’t feel as clean as expected.
Cutlery missing in the kitchen. WiFi is very expensive. We went to the restaurant on the 1st night and they gave us a A4 page of all the things that they didn’t have, which at the time felt more missing than what was actually left on the menus it self. Ordered what was available to them find when the food arrived there was little things missing of the plate that they had also just ran out of. Kids menus had most things missing and was limited to 2 meals available which our children didn’t like. But we have them a second chance on another occasion as we understand these things can happen unexpectedly, we ordered more food and again multiple things missing and just overall a bit of a poor service considering it being the holidays. The park cut self tho is loverly and tidy and well kept, lovely place to stay if you want peace and quiet. I wouldn’t normally leave a review unless I felt it’s needed but I felt things could have been a little different.
Site wasn`t easy to find w/o a sat nav.
The site itself was good but not that well signed just a small brown caravan sign. The pub didn`t post its opening hours & people were asking each other if & when it opened. It also didn`t have a shop so a longish drive for milk, papers etc. Even reception didn`t post it`s opening times. If they want a communications director I`ll apply..
