The Loft Room

The perfect place to stay including the little garden where we could sit out in the evening, and in close proximity to the beautiful countryside and lovely towns.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Loft.

Lovely and clean, comfortable bed, perfect for a couples get away. Beautiful surroundings and a very welcoming host. Also very helpful information available (places to eat and visit etc). Thank you for a lovely stay!

The cottage decor was lovely and the freshly cut flowers were a warming touch, especially in such a beautiful part of the countryside. Caroline was very friendly and we couldn't recommend this room more highly!

The accommodation was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Ample storage for clothing and more than adequate provision of cookware, utensils etc. Ideally located to explore Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and South Wales.

What a beautiful and romantic place.

We were welcomed with a lovely wine and shortly after we met the owner who was really friendly. The view is stunning from all sides, the loft was very well decorated with some really nice touch of fresh flowers. I couldn't be happier with our choice

Accommodation is excellent, very clean and comfortable, everything needed in one space.

The Loft is super holiday accommodation and everything it says on the box.

It is well cared for by the owner who made us very welcome without being intrusive. Its location is well placed to enjoy many different places of interest. We would definitely recommend it.

The perfect place to stay.

It had everything I needed and more. Surrounded by open fields and within the grounds of a beautiful thatched cottage, it is ideally located to reach so many areas and major towns and cities within a 20-30 min drive. I will definitely be returning.

Such a perfect place to stay, The Loft Room is very comfortable, clean and well equipped in a beautiful setting.

It is positioned well for exploring the Cotswolds, and the lovely Newent Loop cycle route is on the doorstep. We had good weather so enjoyed sitting on the pretty patio in the evening.

Caroline was very welcoming when we arrived, was available if we needed her for anything, The loft room was lovely, it had everything we needed, As it was easter weekend we were left a nice chocolate bunny and a lovely bottle of wine which was a nice touch.

It was cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The rural view from the door was beautiful and we were lucky to witness some stunning sunsets accompanied by bird song. Although the Loft Room was next to the owner's beautiful thatched cottage, we had complete privacy but Caroline, the owner, was completely contactable. The location was excellent to explore many parts of the surrounding area, all with in a short drive. We spent our mornings wondering the Malvern Hills and walking around the local woods and countryside and visiting historic market towns and cathedral cities in the afternoons. Hereford, Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Ledbury to name a few. On the door step, we enjoyed walking around the Daffodil Way and finding out about the Dymock poets. We had a lovely evening and good food in the local community pub (The Beauchamp Arms) were we were made to feel very welcomed by the villagers.

The room had everything we needed. There are beautiful rural views in all directions, it is an easy drive to ledbury with many options for dinning out.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and close to all the places to visit in the Wye Valley.

Caroline was a thoughtful host, leaving us to enjoy our holiday, but on hand if we needed help with directions and advice etc. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the property to friends and family.

A wonderful place to stay deep in the English countryside but with great access to the three cathedral cities, Malvern Hills, Cotswolds and Wye Valley.

It’s not that far to the Brecon Beacons either. The local area has great walks, beautiful landscapes and historic churches. English landscapes at their finest. The loft is very well designed and with everything we needed. Caroline was an excellent host. Highly recommended.

What a beautifully clean and cosy cottage/apartment.

Very well set up and so homely. The views across the field to the sunset were fabulous. We had such a relaxing short break and it was the perfect location. The unexpected bottle of wine, biscuits and milk were very much appreciated. Caroline was a perfect host and on hand if there are any problems. Would highly recommended.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Facilities more than ample for our eight day stay. Parking and garden very good. Location good for exploring surrounding area. The location is also brilliant as you are so close to places such as the Wye Valley, Malvern Hills and Forest of Dean. We would definitely stay again !
