    More like a homecoming visit with friends! Tim and Abina welcomed us with open arms and assisted in making our stay one of joy. They not only gave us tips on where to visit to find information on my genealogical research but also introductions to people who could help! The visit will be the first of many we hope...

  • "It is a very special house, with lots to see."

    Beautifull furniture. Very nice spot to look around and hear the birds. The care , the interest and the humour of the owners gave us a very good mood. We would like te see them again. They have interesting information about what is worthwhile seeing.

  • "It's a very special house in a lovely environment and the owners are very friendly people, but, at this price range, I do feel that it needs to be a bit more up to date when it comes to facilities."

    Especially the wifi. I would recommend the property, but with a 'word of warning' about the wifi and the (lack of) 4g/5g. Our children and (elderly) parents weren't able to contact us several times, so that's something people might want to know beforehand. Having said that the owners couldn't be nicer people, they're attentive and so, so friendly. A better wifi router would make it a 10 out of 10 for us.

  • "Absolutely amazing property, perfect for exploring West Cork , Kerry and Cashel area ."

    Lovely house very peaceful and comfortable and very spacious .Incredibly helpful owners who made us feel very welcome. I honestly cannot rate this cottage highly enough. It was an amazing home to stay in close to beautiful beaches, picturesque towns and villages, spectacular scenery and many wonderful attractions including Fota ,Blarney and the Titanic museum . I would highly recommend and we hope to visit again.

  • "I thoroughly enjoyed my week's stay at "Waterfall House"."

    I brought some of my own delph, etc. along with me. No need, everything was provided. There was plenty of space to park one's car beside the entrance of the house. One of my favourite things about this house is that there was perfect quietness, day and night.The beautiful scenery of West Cork and Kerry are not far away. Tim and Abinna were gentle and kind people.

  • "We had a very enjoyable stay."

    Our hosts were available but not intrusive and gave us a lot of useful advice on the area. The cottage was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located as a base for visiting the region. Definitely recommended.
