There is a number of golf courses nearby and an easily accessible coastal path. Further afield from Tacumshane is Kilmore Quay, a fishing village with many lakes and various beautiful sandy beaches. The county town of Wexford is less than 10 miles away, offering plenty of shops, pubs and eateries.
