Description
Riber is a delightful first-floor apartment set in Matlock Bath, Derbyshire, enjoying a position opposite the River Derwent and offering an appealing base for two.
Step inside to find the studio-style living space, where the double bed, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area come together in one bright, open room.
Sunlight streams through the windows, bringing gentle reflections of the riverside into the apartment and adding to the mellow atmosphere of the space.
Whether you’re preparing simple meals in the kitchen or sitting down to enjoy them at the dining table, this easy-flowing layout makes holiday living wonderfully straightforward.
After days exploring the valley, unwind in the sitting area with a film or a cup of tea before retiring to the double bed.
The bathroom offers both a bath and overhead shower, along with a handheld attachment, giving you the choice between an invigorating rinse or a longer evening soak.
Outside, the communal garden invites a moment of fresh Derbyshire air, while roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis ensures stress-free arrivals.
Matlock Bath is known for its lively promenade, traditional shops, and riverside strolls.
Board the cable cars to the Heights of Abraham for hilltop views and cavern tours, or wander the riverside path that winds through the village.
Nearby Matlock offers the leafy Hall Leys Park and the Peak Rail heritage railway, while Wirksworth provides cobbled streets, craft shops, and a welcoming marketplace.
Venture further to Bakewell for riverside walking routes and a sampling of its famous pudding.
Blending an inviting interior with easy access to attractions, Riber offers a delightful base for discovering this picturesque corner of the Peak District.
