Ideal - non-pretentious farm barn dwelling.

Everything required and peace and quiet. Large bedrooms, comfy lounge and working kitchen. Dog friendly with footpath through fields opposite. An ideal place for visiting local family and taking in the views of the Peak District.

Booked for my parents and their two dogs, I did stay for two nights at the start of their week and it was lovely.

The owners were on site in the farmhouse opposite and able to help us with a couple of questions we had upon arrival, really pleasant and helpful. The cottage was lovely, clean and a great space for us to relax, cook and also the conservatory was ideal to give the dogs a good dry down following a wet walk. Plenty of parking and the field opposite was a huge bonus. Lovely setting, easy to find and very relaxed and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit and an ideal base for local towns / walks
