3 Pebble Cottage

Had a wonderful week in Brixham.

The accommodation was perfect, in a great location. It was well maintained and all had all amenities for a great stay. Beautifully presented, a proper home from home. We would definitely recommend and will certainly be looking to come back again.

Good location for a short stroll into town or to Shoalstone Beach.

Bonus this property has parking.

Had a lovely stay.

Everything you need to self cater. Comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms. Nice and clean throughout. Managed to park on allotted space in our ford focus even though it took a bit of maneuvering. The stairs in the cottage are steep, narrow and bend round as you go up, but we got used to them. Even my 80yr old father in law managed them but if you have mobility issues you would struggle. You also need to be careful coming out of the single bedroom as the door opens right by the top of the stairs. The 1st floor double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which has no door, so it's not very private, there is a separate bathroom too on the 1st floor. If you are using the top floor bedroom you need to come down some more winding stairs to use the bathroom. The cottage is about a 10 minute walk to the harbour (downhill). I would recommend staying at 3 pebble cottage, but be quick as it's up for sale so it might not be available later in the year.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, characterful cottage.

There was plenty of space for both of us and our two dogs, and it felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. As my husband has Coeliac disease, we cooked most of our meals in the cottage, and we were really impressed that everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was well equipped and made self‑catering easy and stress‑free. The bathrooms were outstanding—beautifully finished and very much like a boutique hotel. The bed was also enormous and exceptionally comfortable, giving us great nights’ sleep throughout our stay. The stairs are narrow and steep, but even with a recent hip replacement I managed them without too much difficulty, just taking my time. Parking at the front required a bit of careful manoeuvring, but we were still able to fit our large 4x4 on the gravel without any issues. Despite being very close to all the local amenities, the location itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay.

The house was perfectly situated. Our car was too big to park on the gravel which we thought would be the case but no problem as we parked in the marina. Might be helpful to indicate max car size on the listing for future users? My only negative was how dirty the sofas are, and the nooks and crannies of the house which have not been hoovered in a long time (behind sofa and bedside tables etc) and the black mould in the cupboards in the top room - it smelt quite bad up there.

Pebble cottage is a lovely place to stay, a good location and easy access into Brixham.

The accommodation is very nice, the log burner was great to have on during the storms. The only downside for us is the lack of communication regarding my wife’s expensive wellies that she left behind, they could’ve been picked up by our friends who live 15 mins away by now!!

I would 100% reccomend 3 Pebble Cottage , from walking through the front door , it was very clean and welcoming , very nicely furnished with good quality furniture.

The very spacious kitchen was very well equipped with literally everything you could need ,even dishwasher tabs ,cloths black bags etc.Upstairs the bedrooms were well furnished with quality furnishings and the comfiest of beds with superb bedding , bathrooms were fantastic with great showers also towels were supplied.Outside there's a lovely little courtyard plus shared access garden . I am looking forward to rebooking.

Really enjoyable stay at 3 Pebble Cottage.

The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout and in a quiet location, with harbour views just a short walk around the corner. Excellent coastal walks and Sunday lunch at Old Market House. As warned, parking is very tight at the property!

A lovely cosy & clean cottage in an absolutely fantastic location.

It’s a two minute walk to the harbour, despite this, the cottage is extremely quiet. The log burner is exceptionally easy to use. Two lovely shower rooms. Always plenty of hot water & it was great that you had complete control over the central heating. Nathan (the owner) is great, and it’s nice to know if you have an issue he is available to speak to. Not that we had any problems whatsoever during our two week stay. We would highly recommend this cottage. As mentioned the location is wonderful and provides easy access to many beautiful spots. Car parking spot is a massive bonus! Thank you so much Nathan.

Great location situated near to the Quay and all the pubs and restaurants.

The cottage has everything you need to be comfortable, upon arrival the parking looks challenging but once done it gets easier. We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

The cottage was perfect for us, in the perfect location 5 minutes walk from the harbour.

The cottage was very clean and had everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The stairs inside the cottage are steep but that didn’t affect us and there are plenty of hand rails to hold onto. Brixham had everything we needed we especially enjoyed fishing with Phil Whyte on his boat, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs to enjoy meals out, we didn’t have a bad meal while we were there, ice cream parlours are fantastic and the shops are lovely, we will definitely be returning to Brixham and hopefully will return to 3 Pebble Cottage, thank you for letting us use your lovely cottage to make our holiday perfect.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and very comfortable - the king bed and sheets were really lovely.

The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, chopping boards etc as well as a large fridge and microwave. We paid £751 for two nights and have in the past been left milk, bread and cakes or biscuits when paying this price, which would have been a nice addition. The parking and stairs were as set out in the description- make sure you read it thoroughly as they were accurate. The bathrooms were beautifully renovated, the showers had good power and plenty of hot water. The toilet in the en-suite was quite high set. Good lighting and plenty of towels. The master bedroom overlooked the communal courtyard and whilst we were stayed there, the neighbours were renovating the outside of the property. This room really has no privacy at all, we had to keep the curtains closed for the entirety of our stay. It wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t spend time in the bedroom except to sleep, but feel this should have been shared in the description beforehand. Overall, we have given the property 5/5 as we had a comfortable stay, right in the heart of Brixham and in a good location for exploring other areas. We would return!

Wonderful stay at Pebble Cottage for 5 nights (20.

7.25 - 25.7.25). The accommodation is excellent with fabulous showers and comfortable beds!! The location is perfect for a short walk to the beautiful harbour, shops and restaurants. We will be booking for a holiday at Pebble Cottage next summer.

Great cottage which is conveniently situated for walks into Brixham and the surrounding area .

High quality furnishings with everything you could possibly need in a holiday house. Only downside is the stairs are absolutely lethal.

Pebble Cottage is lovely!

Its location is great, just a short stroll to the Breakwater Beach or back into town. Facilities are great and the beds very comfortable. The showers are AMAZING!!! Having your own parking spot is also very helpful. We highly recommend and will almost certainly be returning at some point in the future.

Only a short walk to the harbour and parking directly outside was a bonus. Had a fab time.

The newly decorated bathrooms are fantastic and the beds so comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Brixham and surrounding areas being right on the coast path and just a short walk from the town centre. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our long weekend break, 3 the pebbles great for us and the dogs Big log burner and a large screen tv, confutable sofas and a big glass of wine.
