A lovely, spacious accommodation, equipped to a very high standard.

As a family, we have stayed in a number of properties over the years in Dartmouth and this is the best we have stayed in. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept so well. There were also a welcome pack and afternoon tea, which was thoughtful. The only word of caution is for those guests who have mobility issues as the property is positioned up a hill with steep steps - as so many properties in Dartmouth are. We would definitely stay at this property again

We were delighted with the accommodation, and were very comfortable during our stay.

The weather turned colder during our stay so that heating was required, which is ‘hive’ controlled by the owner, which required us to contact the agency to have the heating to be turned on. This was done efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay. Ray and Lauren.

The house was lovely and clean and well maintained and had everything we might need for our stay.

The kitchen was well equipped and there was a cream tea waiting for us, along with fresh milk, lemonade, butter, honey and bread. The beds were super comfy and the bedding and towels were lovely and soft. The only negative for us was that the steps leading up to the house were very steep and I struggled with these. The listing mentioned steps up but it was steeper than I thought it would be. Also the house is on a hill and parking is a few minutes walk away meaning you have to park then walk a few minutes uphill so I cannot recommend the house for people who have any mobility issues For this reason, I wouldn't be able to stay here again but if the steps and hill are not an issue for you then you could not pick a lovelier house to stay in and overall I had a wonderful holiday.
