If you're lucky enough to experience the warmer weather, head outdoors for an indulgent spot of alfresco dining on the peaceful setting of the private patio, soaking in the fresh sea air as you toast your favourite tipple.
As the evening grows darker, venture back indoors and climb the stairs to the first floor to prepare for bed with a refreshing rinse in the elegant shower room, stylishly tiled throughout, or climb a second set of stairs and pour in the bubbles to indulge in a luxurious soak in the bath.

Historians will be delighted with a visit to the 16th century Tudor fortress of Bayard's Cove Fort as well as Dartmouth Castle, towering over the Dart Estuary, or if that's not your thing, indulge in a spot of traditional Devonshire afternoon tea at Dartmouth Castle Tea Rooms.
Pack up your picnic and spend a fun-filled day at the Blue Flag award-winning Blackpool Sands, where you can paddle the shores, soak up the sun with your favourite book, or tackle the waters aboard a kayak.
Keep the little ones entertained with a visit to Dartmoor Zoo, home to a vast array of endangered animals stretching across 33 acres of scenic parkland; why not book an experience and come face-to-face with the tigers?
Embark on a two-footed adventure and follow the South West Coast Path as it runs parallel to the dramatic coastline of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, taking you on a trek over rugged clifftops and offering some of the most superb views in Devon.

What guests are saying
We love Nookie Cottage and return every year, it has all the facilities you need, is lovely and comfortable and clean and is perfectly placed for enjoying Dartmouth.
Having a parking space is also a huge bonus
Second time staying here and we wondered why we took so long to come back.
Very clean, comfy sofa and bed. Excellent shower very powerful. Plenty of hanging/storage. Well equipped kitchen. Just everything we needed at a very high quality. No issues parking and no noise. Would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at Nookie Cottage.
It was spotlessly clean, with everything needed for a holiday. As pensioners we found the short level walk into Town was ideal. Although situated close to a Main Rd the property was very quiet and private. The parking was tight for our Mini Countryman but once in we were fine, car wasn't used as Public transport is good and reliable.
