Great accommodation if you have the weather to get out and enjoy the deck which we luckily did for most of our stay in early October.

Very close to the centre of Dartmouth with amazing views from the decks. Very steep and narrow hill up to the house, but we were able to park at the house (and our friends very near by, up another steep hill) and hardly use the cars. Bedrooms are very comfortable with very nice linen and bathrooms are good. Lounge lighting needs some attention and it could do with a more comfortable second sofa.

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful and very comfortable home.

Lovely king size beds and great water pressure in the main bathroom! Views from the balconies are amazing and the parking space for 1 car is invaluable as there were no other options (which is typical to Dartmouth) We had a great time and would definitely return. Thank you! Just a couple of things to note though - there were 3 of us and we were very comfortable, but I would say there wouldn’t be enough lounge seating for 6 people though - the little blue sofa’s cushion springs have gone, so it couldn’t really be used. Also, something we didn’t appreciate from the listing was that the large terrace is separate from the house, down some steep steps, underneath the house below’s deck - it is a bit neglected too so we didn’t use it. We loved the main balcony but there is only enough room for 4 - the upper balcony’s seating needs replacing and broken and has moss growing in it. The other thing just to note that we had also missed on the listing is that one bedroom has a shower en-suite without a toilet and the loft bedroom has an ensuite without a shower - bath only, incase that mattered.
