What guests are saying
We have a wonderful stay at Roughtor Barn.
The place was stunning and had everything we needed and more . The location was gorgeous although a little off the beaten track and isolated . So be prepared for uneven tracks, past lovely countryside.
Such a lovely property and perfect for families or friends who want to have some peace and quiet.
The barn was very clean and cosy and had everything we needed.
We had a wonderful stay- gorgeous barn in the most stunning location.
We were very sad to leave. The barn is beautifully decorated and the garden is fantastic, especially if you have kids and a dog! One thing to bear in mind is that the horses and sheep do come into the garden to graze - this is absolutely magical and we thankfully have a very chilled golden, but something to bear in mind for those who have a more reactive pup.
