    “Top Class Apartment”

We stayed between Christmas and new year. Apartment is part of a development of a former Hotel. Conversion has been done extremely well. Very comfortable and well equipped, could easily fall in love with the place. Great views from the apartment, beautiful view to wake up to. Lynton it's self, despite being off season, was busy and plenty of places to eat both there or down the hill in Lynmouth. There is also two handy mini supermarkets. Planning to return. Great location for winter walks to blow away the cobwebs, will definately go back.

The property

This slick, two-storey apartment rests within the attractive Devon town of Lynton.

Overlooking Lynmouth Bay and sitting in the Exmoor National Park, this is a beautiful retreat for groups of four.

The sitting room is complete in a bright and airy fashion, uplifted by dual-aspect windows looking out to sea.

Close by, discover a beautifully furnished super king-size bedroom, benefiting from its own luxurious en-suite.

Also on the first floor, find an immaculate shower room boasting a refreshing white suite.

The second floor of the apartment rests cosily underneath the eaves, charmed by attractive wooden beams.

Here, find another super king-size bed.

Lovers of the countryside can also get their fix, with the Exmoor National Park lying at your disposal.

Beautiful seaside resorts can be found at Ilfracombe and Woolacombe close by.

About the location

Ilfracombe 18 miles; Minehead 18 miles.

Lynton and its twin Lynmouth are nestled within Exmoor National Park on the North Devon coast. Lynton and Lynmouth enjoy one of the prettiest and most unspoilt coastal locations in England, offering breathtaking scenery and some of the best opportunities to admire the sheer rugged beauty of Exmoor’s coast and countryside. Great heritage, cosy fireside pubs, tasty local food and 'green’ credentials make North Devon an inspiring place to stay. There is a wealth of wildlife including magnificent red deer, the rare Exmoor pony, wild birds and rare butterflies. There are plenty of outdoor pursuits including horse riding, golf, walking, surfing and fly fishing on the beautiful Lyn river. Exmoor National Park is home to some of the darkest skies in the country so it's a great place to gaze at the stars. Lynton has a fabulous range of shops, pubs and cafes where you can wander between the picturesque cottages and meet the friendly locals. There are a number of attractions for the family including Exmoor Zoo, Lynmouth’s water-powered cliff railway, and the Owl and Hawk Centre.
