What guests are saying
Great location for visiting Devon and Cornwall, the property has everything needed for your holiday, it was great that we were able to stay with two dogs, thank you
We have stayed in this bungalow before and we're glad to return.
It's been maintained beautifully, always clean and newly decorated, with all the requirements for a self catered stay. The option to use the pool was also very welcome as my daughter and granddaughter were able to visit during our stay. We have limited mobility and found the place accessible. Our only very slight wobble would be the noise of the bathrooms' sliding doors during nighttime visits!
We had stayed at Honicombe Holiday Park during the summer, but at a different bungalow.
The location is perfect for traveling around Cornwall and whilst we didn’t use the inside pool this time, the on site facilities are great, making holidays fantastic value for money compared to many other holiday parks. We chose number 13 because my elderly parents came with us this time and there was a walk in shower and there are not many bungalows like this. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and the towels provided were large and good quality. Bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds and bedding. Sleeping arrangements for 6 are perfect but if there had been 6 guests we felt we would have struggled to sit at the dining table and the lounge area would have been crowded. The bungalow is comfortable and was reasonably well equipped. There were a few things that we felt could have been added: another baking tray, wooden spoons, kitchen scissors and a coffee machine would have been nice. Where we stayed previously there were dog bowls which would have been useful on this occasion as I forgot ours! We went to buy some and a big mat to prevent the floor getting wet as it was peeling. The laminate floor in the kitchen area could do with replacing. It was peeling and panels were loose which could result in someone slipping. The electric heaters kept the bedrooms nice and warm but we struggled with the fire in the lounge of an evening and felt that it wasn’t really adequate for winter stays. We hope our feedback is seen as constructive as it’s no way meant to be negative and we would definitely stay again.
