Follow the steps up to the sitting room and cosy up on the plush leather sofas with the woodburning stove alight and the Smart TV on in the backdrop.

Watch for the variety of wildlife passing through the surrounding land whilst enjoying a late-night tipple upon the patio, before returning indoors to refresh in the shower room, or relax in the indulgent roll-top bath, both located on the ground floor.

When sleep calls, select between five well-presented bedrooms, including a king-size and two twins on the ground floor, and two king-size with en-suites and stunning A-framed vaulted ceilings to the first floor.

Come morning, enjoy your wonderful position upon the border of both Devon and Cornwall, offering plenty to see and do whilst staying at Stone Barn; start off locally by touring Holsworthy Museum, or enjoy a hike across either National Trust - Dunsland, or Dunsdon National Nature Reserve.
