"What a fantastic find, everything and more is catered for in the cottage."
Comfy beds soft towels and a comfortable sofa to relax on in front of the log burner. The owners have put a lot of thought into making the cottage one of the best.

"This is a hidden gem - if available, book it!"
A traditional cottage tucked away in a cute little village, it’s a great spot for a few days of countryside getaway.
Great care has been taken to renovate this cottage with all modern amenities. It’s warm, spacious and welcoming. It has good WiFi, good water pressured shower, a fireplace with basket of wood and kindlings, a washing machine, a dishwasher and Amazon firestick. That’s all boxes ticked for us for a holiday stay.
We enjoyed reading the guest book and the photo album of the renovation process. And even the instructions are well organised and well written. It feels everything has been done properly.
We weren’t sure with parking initially because we had kid with us but that wasn’t a problem. The village car park is literally across the road and walk like 15 seconds. Can even see our car from the cottage if parked in certain bays.

"The passion and pride gone into the renovation of this cottage comes through in the comfort and quality of the fixtures and fittings."
Everything was beautifully clean and everything we needed from kitchenware to quality linens was provided along with much appreciated toiletries and welcome pack.
The location at the centre of Cornwall is ideal for exploring with plenty to see close at hand and local facilities including a village shop and supermarkets a short drive away.
Sofa and bed offered exquisite comfort. The shower is very luxurious but the traditional style bath was an added decadent comfort. The cottage was warm - it must be cosy during the winter months.
We had a fulfilling holiday but the days we did not go out were of the most comfortable and relaxing with a lovely aspect from the windows with the sound of the church tower.

"Located in a lovely small Cornish village, the Mill house is in the centre of it."
Clean, spacious and full of character. If you want to experience local Cornish life, then this is the place! Near the local pub, church and next to the Methodist church hall and village social club, all local life is here.

"Mill Cottage is nothing less than perfect."
No private outside space but this is not a problem with the park and communal gardens in the beautiful village of st Neot.
The cottage is so well equipped, you want for nothing.
The restoration of the property has been completed to an extremely high standard and you can feel every bit of love that went into it.
We would not hesitate to book again and recommend staying to absolutely anyone.
Thank you Jean and Chris for everything.

"We had a wonderful stay in this delightful cottage."
It has been extremely well renovated with fabulous attention to fixtures and fittings. The living and kitchen/dining rooms are spacious and exceptionally well equipped.
We loved the homely feel with bookcases filled with games, books, DVD's and lots of local information, plus a magnificent photo album cataloguing the renovation.
The beds are super comfy and quality linens were provided for them and lots of towels for the bathrooms (one small note is we would have liked a couple of blankets in the twin room).
A wonderful gem in the village and we will definitely book again.

"A lovely comfortable, well equipped, spacious property which was comfy and warm in late January."
And always plenty of hot water. The restoration to its current high spec, with lots of beautiful wood, was a labour of love and to be highly commended. A good pub just a stone’s throw away. Wished we could have stayed longer.
Lots of walking on Bodmin moor and several woods in easy distance. St Neot church has remarkable medieval stain glass windows.

"Lovely, very well equipped cottage in a quaint, peaceful location."
We had a problem with the hot water one evening and the owner was very quick in sorting this out. We would totally recommend The Mill Cottage and hope to stay again in the future.

"This has to be one of the best properties I have stayed in."
Very clean and all the little extras that were in the property were spot on. A bookcase full of books, one full of dvd's (and there must have been 50+) All items were top quality and the cottage finished to a very high specification. We have made notes of items we would like to use at home as they were great ideas. The little rechargeable torches in each room which supplied a night light were great quirky little thing. The pub just up the road had very good food, clean and great atmosphere. One place I will defo come back if down in the area. Thank you for a lovely property.

"Fantastic cottage, warm, cosy and perfectly equipped."
Great location to walk from or very convenient for lots of places via car. Very good pub 2 minutes walk away and a decent village shop. Carnglaze Caverns is a comfy 20-25 minute walk. Although there's no garden there is room to sit outside as I did most days in my camping chair. The goodies supplied on arrival are a lovely touch too.

"Mill Cottage is fabulous."
Clean light comfortable. Amazingly clean and fresh with brilliant facilities and brand new kitchen equipment. Village is delightful especially the community gardens. A couple of plastic chairs for outside would be beneficial. Great circular two valley walk. A bit of a climb out of the village but worth the effort. Great access to Wadebridge and the famous Camel Trail. Walk or bike.
