When sleep calls, you’ll find three bedrooms ready for you to rest your head; a king-size, a twin and a single for the little ones.
The ground-floor shower room provides a space to freshen up, whilst the bathroom is the perfect place to relax and unwind in a soothing bubble bath.
Kickstart your adventures in nearby Kingsbridge for a range of independent shops, eateries and pubs, and the stunning Salcombe Estuary for views you won’t forget.
Continue along the coast and discover Dartmouth with its stunning harbour and cobbled streets, then get your bearings in the nearby Plymouth; a vibrant and cultural city home to the Barbican, Plymouth Hoe and Plymouth Pavilions.
From here you can reach Paignton’s sandy beaches and waterfront promenade, along with Paignton Zoo, where you can get up close and personal with over 2,500 of the most exotic creatures the world has to offer.

The cottage is in a perfect location, only a minute or so to the main heart of the little town but not at all noisy.
It is a very pretty interior with good quality furnishings and fresh colours.The kitchen has everything you need although a small non- stick frying pan was missing.Perhaps a new dining table would update the dining area as the existing one is a bit old. Well furnished bedrooms,comfy beds and good quality bed linen.The bathroom and shower room work well and the towels are luxury.It is not really suitable for sitting outside as space is limited and older guests need to be aware of internal steps .
Would be more convenient if there was a key box at the property.
It would be good if a parking permit was included, as we had to pay £13.50 per day at the car park. Not sure if recycling is possible, but it's a shame there is none currently. House was lovely, thank you.
Poor experience trying to contact office - 20 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered.
Connected through to find it was a central contact centre and my message could ONLY be relayed to the office
