We always rent this property when staying in Salcombe because of its location, comfortable accommodation - always spotless and the stunning views from the balcony.

A shout out too for the staff at the Salcombe Coast and Country office for their prompt service.

Had difficulty opening key box as feel this is too small for all three keys.

Great place to stay.

Outside shower fantastic for after the beach or a sail. Will book again if the group size suits. Location proved to be surprising quiet as well as super convenient for everything.

Very nice house clean and comfortable.

Only one thing really could do with a extractor fan or a window you can open in the en suite.

Fantastic accommodation, great facilities.

Only improvement would be the bed, felt quite worn and slightly uncomfortable

Booking was easy and very efficient.

I had amended the party numbers to 6 however the beds were just made up for 4 - not a problem, Coast and Country rectified this quickly. House was great except the showers and bathrooms could do with upgrading, the shower pressure was non existent and the baths very uncomfortable for an adult. If the plumbing was being upgraded an outdoor tap would be really handy to wash down the sand from beach kit.

Super cottage but both showers rather feeble!

Well equipped cottage in central location. Good heating/hot water. Nice to have balcony and view of estury. Would be fine for 2-4 Cramped with 6. Good value.

We had a lovely break in Salcombe. We were really impressed with the property and it was v well equipped. The living room with balcony at the top of the house was great-and to have an estuary view was fab, also the proximity of the house to the centre of Salcombe was a real bonus (we had a pram and toddler so that was really beneficial). Salcombe itself is lovely and all of the activities we did were great fun. The beaches we visited were amazing (East Portlemouth being my favourite). My only suggestion to the property owners would be to perhaps put a little table & chair set on the balcony as that space could then be used on a warm day.) To summarise I would recommend both the property & Salcombe-we had a great time and would definitely come back in the future.

Lovely little house right in the hub of Salcombe with great facilities and level access to town. Has a great little outdoor space for drying wet gear and a large kitchen (for a small house) for socialising. Lovely little balcony in the roof for checking out the activity on the water in the evening sun with a glass of wine.
