A delightful cottage in a lovely village.

The history of the cottage gives it such character. But it doesn't feel tired or pokey. It's nicely furnished, airey and has really high quality appliances for cooking etc. The local pub served up a tasty Sunday roast and was bustling with village life. It didn't feel like some places where every property is an Airbnb. The one downside is the low beam in the kitchen. I lost count if how many times I smacked my head. Highly recommended for small people and those who remember to duck.

The cottage was gorgeous both outside & inside.

The bed was so comfortable & the bedding & towels top quality. On arrival we did find the bolt from the inside of the stable door had snapped in half & was on the kitchen floor. We also had to sort out the overflowing recycling boxes & dustbin as it was all in the wrong places

A lovely olde worlde thatched cottage in a lovely location.

We enjoyed our stay here with a good community shop and a great pub only yards away. Housekeeping needs to be improved as the toilet seat was broken and no tablets for the dishwasher.
