Pull up in the designated parking space before shedding your coats and shoes in the hallway.

Set on the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom, a double where you can unpack your bags and fill up the wardrobe.

There is also a single bedroom that has a pull-out bed that can be set up on request to accommodate an extra guest; this space also has a wardrobe to make yourself feel at home.

Also on the ground floor, you will find the bathroom with a bath to soak your muscles after a long day of exploring Dartmoor National Park, or opt for the shower over to rinse off the sea salt lingering on your skin from the beach.

Head upstairs to find the final bedroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite double-ended bath and shower over.

To unwind, head down to lower ground to find the sociable open-plan living space.

There are two sofas to sink into as you flick the mounted Smart TV.

The kitchen has stylish navy fixtures with wooden countertops.

Create a mouth-watering dish utilising the induction hob and double electric hob.

Enjoy the tranquil views from the sink that overlooks the courtyard, and load the dishwasher for an easy clean-up.

There is also a large fridge/freezer which matches the fixtures with navy hues.

Once dinner is ready, play your favourite album from the Smart TV and gather around the dining table for 6.

In the morning, sip a brew in the garden, dine alfresco in the afternoon, and toast to the adventures ahead in the evening.

Located a short walk from the shops for essentials, a pub for the ambience and the beach for sunrise, this abode is great for exploring Devon.

Take a stroll along Teignmouth Pier, take in picturesque views as you tuck into some fish and chips or an ice cream, and a trip to the pier would not be complete without the arcades.
