  • “We enjoyed our stay at Sea Nest very much.”

The road was abit noisy at times and the cars drive very fast. Someone had left some dirty clothing under the sink in a bag and the Mirror wasn’t very clean( so I cleaned it). On the whole though your properties are of high quality and are true to the pictures

The property

This attractive apartment lies in the bustling town centre of Torquay, just a moments walk from a range of amenities and a sandy beach.

Boasting a rooftop terrace, Sea Nest is a fabulous retreat for families or couples looking to escape everyday life and tour Devon.

After parking up in the roadside parking, enter the building and climb to the first floor, where the entrance can be found.

The apartment is set in a reverse level style over the first and second floor of the building; on the first floor lies the bedrooms, including a sumptuous king-size room and a twin with zip/link beds, finished with neutral tones and ample storage.

Serving the bedrooms is the contemporary bathroom, where you can enjoy a lazy soak or step under the rainfall shower for a refreshing rinse.

The social hub of the property is the open-plan living space, where you can sink into the corner sofa and browse the 65” Smart TV, or get your hands working in the contemporary kitchen, utilising a range of modern appliances and worktop space for some home-cooking.

Progress through the property to the second floor, where a lovely roof terrace awaits, complete with astro turf and integrated LED lights, this is an idyllic spot to catch some rays or enjoy an evening drink.

Torquay is a fabulous holiday town; stroll through the lively streets and its picturesque harbourside where you can watch the stunning yachts whilst tucking into a portion of fish and chips, enjoy a drink at one of the many waterside bars or venture to the beach where you can lounge on the soft sand and enjoy the warm waters of the bay, or even hire kayaks and paddleboards and take to the water yourself!

Those looking to boost their steps can join the South West Coast Path, stretching over 630 mile to memorable locations at Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark, Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, Dartmouth Steam Railway, or even explore more outdoor adventure at the scenic Dartmoor National Park further afield.

Once you’ve built up an appetite, there’s plenty of fine eateries in the town, ranging from seafood restaurants to cosy country pubs, plus a selection of supermarkets if you would rather cook yourself.
