Walnut Cottage is located within Twelve Oaks Farm, on the outskirts of Teigngrace in Devon.
Situated close to the owner's holiday park, but retaining its own privacy, this reverse-level accommodation boasts three ground floor bedrooms, ideal for families and friends.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite wet room, while the twin rooms have use of the sleek family bathroom.
The spacious living area upstairs is open-plan, where you can sink into the leather sofas and unwind in front of the TV after a busy day sightseeing.
The bright kitchen has everything you'll need to rustle up a home-cooked meal and the dining area can host six guests.
Outside, you have your own courtyard garden with table and chairs, so you can sit out and enjoy the afternoon sun.

The facilities were excellent and it’s a great base for seeing more of lovely Devon.
We had a fantastic time at twelve oaks holiday park walnut cottage was everything we could of hoped for The owners Andy and Claire and family were friendly and always on hand to to say hello As the holiday park is on a work farm it's fascinating to see the very day activities of the farm The onsite cafe with served a range of cooked meals at reasonable prices and we're happy to talk about local events We must also mention in the cottage we received a welcome pack which tea , coffee,cake and fresh farm egg which were much appreciated and delicious We would highly recommend twelve oaks holiday park for location to explore Devon and the surrounding area
It was great loved the accommodation.
Shame there wasn’t some plants out on the yard out the front, as it was a bit bad sitting out there with nothing but the bins to look at. Apart from that I would definitely recommend to anyone, might use the other accommodation next time, definitely recommending to family as a lot of them love to camp out.
