27 Fernhill Heights

We enjoyed our stay at 27 fernhill heights.

The accommodation was ideal and so so clean. The shower was lovely much better than at some places we have stayed. Thanks for the free milk and water when we arrived.

Very clean in a great area

Really lovely place and nice quiet location.

Unfortunately I only actually spent one night there as my holiday got cut short due to work commitments, which was a real shame as it would have been a great place to unwind.

Absolutely ideal - exactly what it said on the website - we had a wonderful holiday here and would recommend it to anyone.

The property was better than I expected, spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could ask for, an ideal location for exploring the area and the view was beautiful.

It was a nice quiet location with lots of walks around. As to be expected in the area it’s quite hilly. One negative for the area is the extortionate cost of car parks when visiting locations and these are quite often found a fair distance away, not good for the disabled.

Small but very nice accommodation: clean, well maintained and with a well equipped kitchen.

Good location for visiting different parts of Dorset. Good value for money, would recommend.

Nice to have milk and tea on arrival after a long journey along with kitchen basics. Location is great for travelling along the Jurassic coast and only 5 mins from the village of Charmouth. Would recommend some curtains that cover the whole window better as there is a light outside that is on all night which is great for security as the location is quite remote. Maybe a small iron and tabletop ironing board would be useful. The bathroom door handle was loose, this was due to a new carpet and the door catching on tbe carpet. We had a lovely stay and would definetly stay again.

It had everything that was needed for our short stay.

It was very comfortable and very quiet.

We had a comfortable, quiet 4 day break staying at the cottage.

It's ideal for a couple exploring the area and a 10 minute drive from the coast at Lyme Regis. All amenities are supplied and the owner quickly and helpfully answered our call when we rang asking about hot water. We thought it was good value for the price.

Studio was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.

And the milk and water on arrival was very kind. Bus stop just outside accommodation to take us into Lyme Regis every day Perfect little holiday retreat

Hazel, owner was very very nice and most helpful. Very new to letting out and lives in Bristol. As needed to call her and explained we were old hat at cottages and Cornwall over the years and Uplyme back in April which was a bit of a disaster to say the least. Too ill to give report back then!!.Husband very ill and on end of life treatment. Me his carer and only got out 2days while at Fern Leigh heights. Weather awful and I managed to pick up two tics while there. Possible long grass on verges as he is driver. However a very nice chat and suggested several things that needed attention!! She thanked me very much and would arrange sorting suggestions. One thing needs to be made CLEAR The Let Is NOT SUITABLE FOR DISABLED Wheelchair people or severe walking disability whatever age!!!You can not park near to property although you can park free in selected parking area with one car. Stony, slippery slope, quite steep at beginning but levels out three properties along. Please advise for further lettings!!!
