What guests are saying
Enjoyed our stay at 36 Fernhill Heights.
Appreciated the welcome pack and courtesy calls and messages during our stay. There was one slight issue that the shower doors were difficult to close. Beds were comfy, had best nights sleep for a long time.
Good facilities and location ideal
Very disappointed as place had a strong smell of damp.
Tried our best to air it but to no avail. Together with the general dirt, blown windows and no rear exit in case of fire. Had to leave after one night as we are elderly and I suffer from asthma. When it was explained to owners they more or less called us liars but had to get all the problems sorted that were supposedly not there. No compensation offered either which left a nasty taste.
