We had a lovely stay and the wonderful welcome pack of goodies was very much appreciated and enjoyed, thank you!

Beds were super comfy, everything we needed for two adults and our tiny dog were present and made the stay easy and comfortable. Furniture and fittings are dated but this didn’t matter to us. The tatty area in the shower room which maybe needs repainting was a shame but no big deal to us. We will happily visit again as it suited us well for the price and is in such a good area for exploring Devon and Dorset. Thanks again. Nikki & Peter & Muffin.

The overall accommodation was good and very clean.

The seating arrangement in the lounge area isn't really adequate for 4 people. The chairs with the wooden arms aren't very comfortable and they are placed against the wall facing the sofa, so we had to reposition them to be able to see the television. It would be much better with another 2 seater sofa. However, the beds were very comfortable with good quality linen and it was good to have 2 bathrooms. The steps in the back garden need safety rails, the same as next door, and the small fence at the top of the garden near the gate is too low - we had to block it off to stop our dog getting into next door's garden (and he's only a small dog). The property is well situated for visiting all the lovely places in Dorset and Devon and it was a nice walk through the woods down to Charmouth beach.
