We had such a great stay here.

The flat was really lovely and very clean and comfy. It was a really good location in relation to Lyme Regis too.

No complaints at all about the apartment, really lovely.

That said, the allocated parking space needs to be made more clearly defined as was confusing.

The flat is charming, comfortable and well-appointed.

A wonderful ambience - like staying in a quirky home. However the kitchen sink drain smelt bad, dustbin was smashed and the shouty notices generally gave incorrect information. Cleaning products for everything except shower spray/bath cleaner. More attention to detail required. More importantly, we should have been warned that the flat is on a main road and has no double glazing - traffic noise on the bedrooms is appalling. Little sleep for us on recent hot nights. On booking I filled in form to request cot for 6mo baby who was with us. Confirmed by email but on arrival NO COT! Did not pursue this with agents, as baby was happier in bed with parents, but really we should have had cot and some choice. In other circumstances it would have ruined a short stay. A lovely flat.

From the comfort, cleanliness and overall styling of the apartment, including the bonus on a parking space, it was the best accommodation we have stayed at in Lyme, and we’ve been quite a few times. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you.

Would have like some kitchen wall cabinets especially if staying for a week or more Also a better bigger signed house number 2.

Not easy to find.

We had a wonderful short stay at 2 Woodville in April.

The apartment has a wow factor as soon as you open the front door into the beautiful kitchen and living space with its comfortable furnishings, eclectic art and unique ornaments. The place was spotless and the welcome pack very well received. The beds were luxurious and comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. We will definitely return.

An excellent property, beautifully presented and stocked.

Not so for Sykes/Lyme Bay Holidays. Cleanliness/linen etc very good. But poor attention to requests for information. A) A few days before arrival I emailed about the location of the parking space as the roads around are mostly double yellow lined. No response from LBH. I visited their office, fortunately less than a mile away. The office had no information on the location parking space. After some minutes I was advised that the space is in front of garage 2. My wife's blue badge ensured no penalties for on-street parking! But LBH were not to know that. B) Towards the end of the holiday, I queried a loss of signal on the splendid TV. LBH office promised a visit from an LBH engineer, who had access to keys, would attend and would leave a card to confirm the attendance. No card, no help. C) During the 1st week, early morning, the internet was down. Sorted by the owner pronto - thank you.

Great location, close to all the town facilities.

Very spacious. Well equipped. Well organised. Parking a real bonus. Very clean. It is on a steep hill and on the second floor. Not a problem for us, just be aware if you have any problems with hills and stairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed our time in Lyme Regis.

We booked this accommodation on the basis of the "perfect" listing. This was very misleading based on other accommodations we have stayed in. The flat itself was very nice. But the floorboards meant we were terrified of disturbing anyone in the flat below. It is an older property and perhaps this cannot be avoided, but it was disappointing. The glasses (when we found them) were in a older cupboard that was difficult for me to deal with. I chose a "perfect" listing because I have serious issues about hygiene and sanitation. The glasses were smeared and all had to go through the dishwasher before use, and the cupboard was not one that could easily be wiped out and cleaned. I would not recommend this flat to dog owners. Taking a dog out for a pee involved stairs, a busy road and no garden or park area easily accessible. There is a wooded area to the rear of the property but out dog was for some reason terrified of it! We were relieved as it avoided lots of mud! The flat is recommended for quite families without a dog. Facilities are fine - but don't expect that perfection offered!

A really lovely stylish first floor apartment up a hill with a great view and a parking space.

We loved the decor. It was beautifully clean, had comfy beds with good linen and a very smart well equipped kitchen - a fantastic place to explore Lyme Regis from!

Lovely property and spotlessly clean.

It would have been worth noting how far the car parking space is from the front door, ok in good weather but it would be tricky in bad weather.

Apartment is lovely.

Plenty of cookware and kitchen items. Beds are very comfortable and showers are great. General fit and finish very good Slightly obscured view of the sea is nice.

Well equipped property, fitted description , good location, characterful with lovely feel, nice to return to after a day out.

Our 3rd stay at 2 Woodville, perfect accommodation for myself, husband and 2 grandchildren, 7 and 13.

Would be nice to have recycling facilities in this day and age, very disappointed that there are a number of properties without in Lyme, actually, quite shameful. THE price of the accommodation was nothing but greed but we got it when it had reduced considerably. We asked at the beginning of the season could a 10% reduction be considered based on the fact we've used Lyme Bay Holidays at least 7 times. We were told mo but we got at least a 20% reduction because we waited and the property had to be reduced as there was no interest. Why the greed?

Great location with good parking in the yard at the rear.

Spotlessly clean accommodation; very comfortable and well furnished. Really nice spacious apartment, good size rooms including a great little utility room. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
