We were glad to learn that maintenace is ongoing in this comfortable cottage.

Application had to be made to repair the pointing, sine the cottage is listed. The damp issue is somewhat managed by the dehumidifier which we emptied daily. The bathroom door doesn't close easily. Occasionally, the Traffic noise from the A35 can be heard occasionally but this did not disturb us. The cottage is well placed for the many lovely walks and the local store. It was ideal for a relaxing week and, with maintenace completed, this will be a cottage to enjoy.

This was our second visit.

The cottage & location is peaceful and comforting. Very relaxing. Cottage needs a bit of TLC but, if you love the outdoors, it's fine. Great for dog owners to. Good position in lovely Bere Regis, just off to the side at the edge of Wildwood. We look forward to returning.

The location was great.

We had a great time. It was very close to a nature reserve, where you can walk your dog. It had everything there that you might need when on holiday. Hopefully I will be able to visit again soon.
