Our second stay in Lobster Lookout.

Excellent property, which has everything you need. It is comfortable and in a good location, although you have to walk up a very steep hill to get to it, so not ideal if you have mobility isdues. Small things like needing a new bin, as there was no bin lid...not ideal when you have a dog. Also, it would have been nice if the heating was turned up a little , so the property wasn't freezing on arrival (October half term). Would recommend.

Property is well equipped for any need possible, it is also located close to beach and town centre.

However, what lets it down is the cleaning level that management company maintains: carpets were not vacuumed well or what seemed like at all, cooker was greasy, left overs were in the freezer and soft furnishings seemed a bit grubby. I have personally spent time to put things right so my family could enjoy the stay. I did talk to Dream Cottages about this but instead of apologies they offered me for the cleaners to come back. Given the poor job they have done already (same last year), I chose not to have them back. The person that called me was not interested in knowing the details and hurried to hand up. I sincerely hope that the owner sees this review and has a word with Dream cottages as the property is lovely in itself and shame that poor management is letting it down.

Really pleasant accommodation.

Loved the family area and separate tv room. A steep climb from the town but proximity to the centre and beach made it worthwhile.
