What a wonderful find!
! Such a lovely apartment, great heating, comfortable bed, good shower and bath. Plenty of cooking utensils and facilities. Secure entry, free parking. As you can tell, I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be booking here again next time I’m in Swanage 10/10!
We were very pleased with the accommodation.
It was well equipped and had a lovely view of the sea and bay. It was well situated for the town and walks along the coastal path. However, during our stay there was an issue with the main toilet and despite reporting this to Sykes fairly early on, it was not repaired during our stay. The recommended procedure proposed by the owner was carried out each day, but was not ideal during a holiday.
Overall the property was adequate.
The location was good but potential guests need to be aware of quite a climb from the town centre…..it may not suit people with mobility issues! There were a couple of issues whilst we were on holiday and in our opinion they could have been handled more efficiently. The lack of a dishwasher (damaged beyond use) which clearly had been an issue previously was disappointing. There did appear to be a lack of concern by the Managing agents and bearing in mind that we are in 2026, the fact that the owner “ was out of town and not contactable” appears to suggest a lack of care!
